Cottage was well worth the stay

It was a lovely cottage with a homey feel to it. Located close to beaches and restaurants. Nothing was too far of a drive. A wonderful place to stay. Would stay there again.

My wife and I just spent a week in Dennis at Rob’s home. We could not have been happier. In addition to being a great location near where we used to live in Dennis, it had to be the cleanest home I have ever rented. Not a speck of dust or cobwebs anywhere. Although we didn’t really cook a “meal” this vacation the kitchen was very well equipped. The TV was easy to navigate. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet and the wild turkeys in the front yard was a bonus. Our host, Rob Webber, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He was a pleasure to work with and easy to communicate with responding to my inquiries within minutes. This entire vacation rental experience was a 10 out of 10. I strongly recommend you entertain working with Rob should Dennis, Cape Cod be part of your vacation plans.

Great rental!

We had a wonderful stay - the house was well equipped and there were so many “extras” provided such as toilet paper and paper towels. Location was great, just a quick ride to the best bayside beaches and a bunch of local restaurants. My family and I were comfortable and happy during the week we spent here and look forward to returning!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. 4 older ladies managed very well. We were amazed at all the things provided. Very comfortable and quiet. Would definately stay here again.

Home away from home

Beautiful home located in Dennis. The house is in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a family that prefers to be away from the summer congestion in Cape Cod. We had a great time!

Rob’s home was absolutely beautiful! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house had every convenience we could possibly need, making our stay so comfortable and easy. Check-in was seamless, and communication with Rob was effortless—he was kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful Home

This home is conveniently located near beaches, breakfast spots, and gives easy access to favorite spots on the Cape! It is in a VERY quiet neighborhood, with a private backyard. Loved it!

Great vacation rental!

The house was cozy and comfortable. It had everything you would need. Rob couldn’t have been more hospitable, making sure if you needed anything to let him know. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this rental.

Wonderful home!

The place was clean, adequately stocked, comfortable, and well-decorated. The kitchen was also nice to cook in and host out on back porch! Great location from Mayflower beach! My daughters and I loved it. We would come back for sure!

Wonderful Stay at Cape Cod

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at your home. Everything we needed was there and your detailed information was so helpful. We especially loved that you had recorded the Bills vs Miami game for us to enjoy when we got home from spending the day on the Cape! Your house was spotless and so comfortable. Thanks again for a great get away at the cape!

The house was as pictured well kept. The kitchen was the best I've seen in regards to utensils, pans, and knives. High quality cookware. It was great that paper products, bags, soap and laundry were all there for you. Less I had to bring with us. Quiet neighborhood and the host was super friendly and attentive to our needs.

Great place to stay

The home is a great place to stay. It’s very roomy and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet; ready access to beaches and restaurants. WiFi is reliable and strong.The kitchen is very workable, although the electric stove took some getting used to (we use gas in our home).The only criticism is of the gas grill; it’s old, had some rust problems that made using it difficult to cook meat evenly.The owner’s instructions were informative without being obnoxiously restrictive.We would happily stay here again.

Hi David! Thank you for the feedback about the grill. Although it is only 3 years old, we had not noticed the grill tubes had indeed rusted. We have replaced them and the grill is working properly. We would love to have you stay with us again!

Spring Cape Vacation

The house was exactly as described and just perfect for us. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Plenty of space in the bedrooms. Mattresses were very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. Beach chairs, etc were available. Grilled one night and grill worked fine. TWe are already planning our next stay at this house.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We loved this beautiful Cape Cod home!! My husband and I both have strong ties to Cape Cod were skeptical about renting, but this VRBO made us feel like we were "home." It was clean, well stocked, and had a cozy warmth about it. We had a marvelous stay and look forward to coming back more often!! A big thank you to our wonderful hosts for their communication and attentiveness to all our inquiries. Definitely coming back!!

Lovely week in Dennis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Cape Cod home. It's on a quiet, tree-lined side street, a short drive from town center and beaches. The house had plenty of space for our family, and all the amenities you could ask for (including a well equipped kitchen!). The deck has an awning so it's comfortable to sit outside any time of day. The owners were friendly and responsive - quickly attending to a few items of clothing we left behind. Highly recommended!
