Remodeled Lake House on Silver Lake
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy our recently renovated lake house! This all season lake house comfortably sleeps 8⊠Includes screened in porch with a beautiful view of the lake sunsets! 50 feet of Lake access with two docks and plenty of green space. Minutes away from Letchworth State Park.
We just bought our place in November 2022 and recently completed renovations. We removed walls on the first floor, installed new drywall and opened up the family room to the dining room to optimize views of the lake throughout the first floor living space! We installed new flooring, completely renovated 2 full bathroomsâŠand have all new furniture!
For those looking to work from home and need a change of scenery, we have a separate office with a desk (did I mention, a view of the lake from the office!) The huge screened-in porch makes for a great place to have a cup a coffee in the morning or watch sunsets in the evening. Outdoor space includes fire pit, Adirondack Chairs, outdoor dining table and grill. Huge backyard with plenty of space for yard games.
Other amenities: 10 minute drive from Letchworth State Park, located directly across the lake from The Club at Silver Lake Golf (public golf course) and right down the road from The Charcoal Corral and Silver Lake Twin Drive-in (drive in movie theater, mini golf, arcade and restaurant). For those beer lovers, we are a few minute drive from Silver Lake Brewing Project.
