Your Silver Lake and Perry, New York adventure begins at this fabulous 1-bedroom studio apartment. Step inside and be greeted by a welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The cozy adjustable queen bed invites guests to unwind and recharge after a day of exploring while looking out their sliding glass door at gorgeous lake views. The sunsets are truly picture perfect and look like they were painted in the sky. Steps from the waterâs edge youâll enjoy a huge outdoor living space with a firepit and your own dock (NOTE: there are stairs to get down to the lake). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create a gourmet meal. The property is located 1 mile from the Charcoal Corral, a Perry staple which has a drive-in movie theatre, mini-golf, arcade, ice cream shop, pizza parlor and full-service restaurant. Silver Lake Studio is 1.5 miles from the Village of Perry where you'll find a wine bar, brewery, bakery, gourmet food bodega and coffee shop, unique shopping, an adventure store and many other local businesses. Letchworth State Park (known as the Grand Canyon of the East) is a short 15 min drive away. Hike, bike, explore, swim and take in the natural beauty of this upstate New York treasure.
