My wife, dog, and I stayed in this property for one night. It worked well for us for a quick stay. The property is an older RV style trailer with a small water heater. It is in good shape for its age and clean. It is located close to town for food and entertainment. We appreciate the owners providing a one night, dog friendly property!

It was farther to the launch that we anticipated, definitely not walking distance. Very clean. Lawn needed to be cut, not sure if that contributed to bugs we had. They look like bees but don’t sting, just annoying.Owners were very quick to respond which we appreciated.

Great location

Loved the location. It's a small space, lots of windows for natural sunlight, the public beach just a few steps away, great for walking the neighbor good. We stayed for the eclipse and watched it from the public beach, amazing views. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect weekend get away!

Good stay! Home was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location-just minutes from Letchworth State Park and a short walk to the lake. Be sure to bring your own towels and bedding, as noted. A special bonus during our visit was the local Shakespeare in the Park performance ("Shake by the Lake"), which added a unique and memorable touch to our trip.

Wi-Fi is slow, but you aren't vacationing near Letchworth right if you need Wi-Fi anyway. Our water ran out after two days, and we tried to conserve on showers. Location is great for access to anywhere in Letchworth about 15-20 minutes drive. Limited gas for heat and cooking, but not a problem if you go in the summer. Parking was easy and enough for two vehicles if need be. Easy access to silver lake. Communication with hosts was very efficient and they were very responsive.
