This two-bedroom coastal townhome is in a great location, offering easy access to the beach, a private complex pool, and private tennis courts. Upon entering the unit, guests are greeted by a fun, beachy-themed condo that puts you on island time.

The living area, bathroom, kitchen, and dining area are tiled throughout and conveniently located on the main floor, which also connects to the private outdoor patio. The kitchen is ready for anyone who loves to cook, having everything you could want from home.

Located upstairs, guests will find the master bedroom with a queen size bed and the guest bedroom with both a twin and queen size bed. From the master bedroom, you will have access to a private balcony to sit and enjoy endless sunsets, a good book or a break from the beach.
Located on the quiet north end of Amelia Island, Fernandina Shores is close to Main Beach, where you will find a variety of activities: miniature golf, a playground, skate park, basketball courts, and two beachfront restaurants. Just two blocks from the ocean makes for easy access to the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island.

Historic Downtown Fernandina, where you will find a variety of shops and restaurants, is a quick drive or bike ride away. Fort Clinch State Park and the Greenway are located just around the corner and have great biking/walking trails, among other activities.

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.

Pets are permitted for an additional assessment.
