Dancing Bear Den!
Under de senaste åren har tre syskon och deras familjer har haft och delat med er, våra Tahoe turister, en söt, kvistig furu stuga uppkallad efter vår "Papa Bear" som skapade vår familj arv med en Tahoe stuga för sommar och vinteräventyr.

I stället för Papa Bear Tahoe Cabin, men vi är så glada nu att presentera vår nya stuga, Dancing Bear Den! Dancing Bear Den ligger bara några hus bort från vår tidigare Papa Bear cabin, fortfarande har en vy över Lake Tahoe, och har mer utrymme - och en barrel !!!

Vi delar kabinen med dig för att skapa dina egna minnen - om semester med familjen, parets semester, bröllops eller skidsemester. Tillgången är fantastiska, rätt på motorvägen så att du inte fastnar i snön, med en bred, nivå uppfart som kan passa fyra bilar och en båt.

Sjöutsikt! Det finns en ofullständig bild av Lake Tahoe från däck och vardagsrummet.

Funktioner! Stugan kan sova upp till 10 personer. Det finns två sovrum nere, alla med en drottning säng, tillsammans med ett badrum, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, kök och vardagsrum. Det finns ett stort loft sovrum på övervåningen, med två våningssängar (full säng på botten, två ovanpå) och ett badrum. Panel i kvistig furu hela, är Dancing Bear Den fyllda med björnen inredning Tahoe.

Dog Friendly! Det finns en trevlig bakgård för att låta din hund ut. Vi kommer att bygga ett staket i sommar för Fido.

Ingen rökning! Vänligen inte hyra denna stuga om du är rökare.

Nära till orter! Stugan ligger i mitten av den norra stranden av Lake Tahoe, nära Northstar, Homewood, Alpine Meadows och Squaw Valley, liksom Tahoe Cross Country Ski Center. Många fler skidområden finns inom en timmes bilresa. Det finns stränder i hela North Shore, buss tillgång rätt ut genom ytterdörren, restauranger och shopping inom några minuter.

Denna stuga öppnar dörren till en underbar värld av Tahoe äventyr.

Amazing stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay, the cabin is very cozy, comfortable and has all the amenities we needed. We loved how dog friendly the place was, they had dog bowls to use, a fenced in yard area and didn’t ask any annoying follow-up questions about dog breeds. The location is beautiful and it’s a short drive to Tahoe City and Carnelian Bay. The next time I’m planning a vacation in Tahoe I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again.

Cozy cabin

Our family of 4 had a great ski week in the cabin. Great location to get to Alpine and Palisades. We enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. Bunk bed room worked well for our family, but worth noting the room is a loft above living room. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely cabin with great view of the lake!

My friends and I had an amazing time at this cabin! It was so cozy yet spacious and was perfect for our winter weekend trip to Tahoe. The hot tub was such a nice plus on top of it all. Would recommend!

Amaizing vacations

We stayed in Carnelian Bay from December 30 to January 4, and it was the perfect time for a getaway. First of all, Ted had beautifully decorated the house for Christmas, complete with a Christmas tree and festive decorations throughout, which made the space feel warm and cozy right away.The house was well-equipped with everything listed in the description. However, one suggestion for improvement would be to add a few more kitchen essentials, such as salad bowls, glasses, pots, and paper towels. While it was just the four of us staying as a family, the house is advertised to accommodate eight people, and these items might not be sufficient if you plan to cook at home for a larger group.On January 3, during a blizzard, my boys went outside to shovel the parking area and clean off the cars. To our surprise, a man arrived shortly afterward, told us not to worry about it, and used a snow removal machine to clear everything for us.Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and I would love to come back and stay at this house again.

Cozy Cabin

Ted and Tammy are fantastic hosts! The cabin is well-stocked and radiates a festive holiday spirit, featuring a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and festive decorations in every corner. We had a wonderful time there!

Classic Tahoe cabin experience.

Wife, myself, my parents and our toddler stayed here through a nice winter storm. Cabin is in a great location, really well stocked with things you’d need and had great communication with hosts. The upstairs is perfect for kids of all ages! Loved being able to see the lake and walk right across the street to a shore. The cabin is a bit creaky but should be expected in a “cabin”. Only recommendation would be to fix up the blinds which don’t work well so that the awesome lake view can be enjoyed. Thanks for the stay.

Thanksgiving getaway

Home is specious and fits 6 comfortably.Owners need to purchase new cookware and a bbq.Both worn out.Dishwasher needs fixed or replaced.Outside property needs more lighting.Good home for your fur baby.Location is excellent.

Dancing Bear Den Getaway

Very rustic place. Very homey. We/extended family we’re able to spend some needed quality time together. The fenced in back yard was huge for our dogs. The spa was very inviting. It was right on the main road which made it a little more difficult to come and go. Overall, it was a great vacation place and a great break from the normal routine.

3 Days of Relaxation

Loved the location (partway between King's Beach and Tahoe City) with a nice view of the lake. Lots of board games and DVDs for entertainment. Kitchen had everything we needed. Such a comfortable home! We really look forward to being able to book your property again and bringing our dogs, who would enjoy the large back yard!

Tahoe vacation

The property was very clean when we arrived. There were a lot of pine needles around the deck from the winter that needed to be swept away, but the inside was very clean and inviting. The house was very cozy and had a mountain cabin feel to it, which we loved. The check-in process was easy and the directions very clear. I appreciated how responsive the property owner was when I had any questions. He was very quick to reply and helpful. The heater worked well and kept the house very comfortable. I loved the loft feature with the A-Frame design. The morning sun came in and warmed up the house which was very enjoyable. The linens were clean and kitchen equipped with most everything you would need. The location was great as we could drive to Tahoe City for groceries or hit the bike trail that runs throughout the area. There was easy access to a lovely beach in town. It was a short drive to Kings Beach which also had basic shopping and amenities. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again. We very much enjoyed our stay in Tahoe.

Great place that also allows pets

This was a great house for our family of 4 plus dog. Ted communicated quickly and consistently. He went above and beyond to help make our stay relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed a snowy day playing in the yard and warming up in the family room. We would definitely stay there again.

Winter birthday getaway

The cabin is beautiful, such a nice view of the lake across the road! Cabin is stalked up with literally everything you need from kitchen items, to cleaning items, to even toys for the little ones! Visited during the snowy season, but definitely would love to visit again during summer. The host had great communication, thank you Ted!

Perfect spot

We decided to spend Thanksgiving week in Lake Tahoe and this cabin was perfect for our needs. Two of us had to work so needed good internet for a few days. We did have one afternoon when Spectrum cable/internet was down but otherwise it was fast and dependable. The kitchen had all the pots/pans and dishes needed for our meals. The hot tub was perfect! The loft upstairs is very spacious and the one adult who stayed up there felt like he had his own studio apartment. We enjoyed playing the games that host provides. The location is close to grocery stores and restaurants and several public parks and parking areas. It wasn’t too busy at this time of year so parking was not an issue anywhere. There is a path leading to the lake right across the street also. Would definitely rent here again.

The family which jointly owns Dancing Bear Den shares a love of Lake Tahoe and frequently visits this special place. Of the three children, the Caninos have lived in Cedar Flat, just a few blocks away, for more than 30 years and manage the property; the Bransons are in the Reno/Sparks area and the Inman family comes for frequent visits from Denver.

Papa Bear chose to purchase a cabin so he could spend his summers golfing at Old Brockway Golf Course and enjoying his friends along the lake. After he went to heaven, his kids continue the legacy of a love of Tahoe. Now that his grandchildren are adults themselves, the Dancing Bear Den offers more room.
