Denna designer 3bdr, 2bath hem ligger på en 60 fots djupt vatten docka i lugn Plantation Key, Florida. Detta charmiga fritidshus renoverades år 2018 och inreddes av en inredningsarkitekt. Hemmet har ett omslag runt veranda, solterrass och övre veranda för att koppla av med ett glas vin eller en fin bok medan du tittar på fåglarna från naturreservat som flyger förbi. I det ögonblick du satt din fot i dörren, du vet och känner att du är på semester, och tiden stannar ändå ....
Vår brygga rymmer en båt upp till 25 ft.
Islamorada är hem till världsberömda fiske, dykning, vattensporter och fridfulla solnedgångar. Hemmet har 2 nya plattskärms-TV, kabel, snabb WIFI, fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, stereo och en stor kli ny (2018) 6 personer utomhus badtunna. I närheten är Founders Park med dess lagun stil strand, olympisk storlek pool, hund park, marina och mer .... Theater of the Sea ligger 10 minuter bort. Beautiful home

Chely's home is beautiful, well appointed and in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Located on a canal, the property has a water view and a very lovely outdoor living space. The three bedroom/two bath spot is great for a few friends traveling together or a family.

Keys Perfection

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish! The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and plenty of things to do. The home itself was beautiful and comfortable, with every room thoughtfully stocked. But for our family, the true highlight was the outdoor space. We loved paddle boarding, watching manatees in the canal, relaxing in the hot tub, and sipping coffee—or enjoying a slice of key lime pie—on the porch. It was a wonderful getaway!

Wonderful house in Islamorada!

We had a wonderful stay at Chely’s house in Islamorada. The house faces South and gets lots of good sunshine. The dock was perfect for the boat we rented and we were all very comfortable in the rooms. Would love to stay again. Chely was an amazing hostess and gave us so many good recommendations!

Great time in Islamorada!

We had a great time! From the deep sea fishing, the trip to Key West, the day in Sombrero beach, the day we rented a boat and cruised the inner coastal. It was perfect! The house was perfect for the 6 of us! Great layout and very clean! Thank you Shely!!!!

Fantastic, nicely done!!

We loved the stay, vought our limit on lobster each day so the hot tub was a good relief after the day. The manatees came to visit each afternoon which my daughter loved!! I would love to visit again the house had everything we needed, plenty of space for my parents. It was located close to everything including our friends who own a condo just around the cut in the bay. Can’t wait to return thank you !!

Unbelievable

The property is amazing. We stayed home a couple days, fished a couple days, grilled fresh fish on the grill a couple times, and even used the hot tub. Excellent communications before, during and after stay. Loved it !

Beautiful Home

The location is perfect. The home was beautiful and the views were amazing. We even got to see the canal manatee twice, which our girls thought was amazing. He came right up to our boat while we were docking and hung out for quite a bit. Lots of shopping and great food close by as well. Chely was extremely responsive any time I texted her with a question. Highly recommend!!

Paradise

We couldn’t have loved this house more. Perfect for a family of four. Very well equipped and decorated so tastefully. Loved the light dimmers! That was a nice little surprise! Chely was very responsive and helpful! Had some great recommendations to make our stay even better! Perfect home away from home!

Wonderful Respite From Wisconsin Winter

This home wasn’t just a home base for our exploration of the Northern Keys. It was a great place to hang out at any time of day as well! The home is really comfortable both inside and out. We had manatees visit daily, often multiple times, right from the patio/dock. From coffee dates on the screened balcony, to lazing in the sun or shade, to grilling freshly-caught fish, it just felt like home away from home. Chely (hostess) was responsive to a few texts asking for information, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to have spent time in her paradise!

Very Nice Place to Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chely's home. It was a very nice place with all the amenities advertised. The place was very comfortable and welcoming. We like to have most of our meals at the house so appreciated the roomy dining area as well as the gas grill outside that we used for cooking several meals. There was also a nice fish cleaning station which we used after a successful day of fishing. And, the second day we were there we saw our first manatee, which came right up to the dock. We had a few more visit throughout the week, and one time even had two come together. It was a delight. We did have a few issues while we were there but Chely was relatively quick to respond and we did appreciate that. We would recommend her place.

Relaxing, comfortable home.

The house is located on a nice canal and makes you feel like you are on vacation as soon as you arrive. The screened upstairs porch is a great place to relax and watch the action, while the hot tub was a wonderful way to end each day. The beds were comfortable as were the couches and seating area. Having a computer to use was an extra bonus. And we appreciated have a W/D as well. The negatives for us were the lack of reading lamps in the living room and bedrooms, and we ate almost all meals at the house and could have used a better selection of cooking utensils. Lastly, it was a on the cool side during our week, but if it had been warmer we would have wanted to have kayaks to use from the dock, but there really wasn't a way to get in and out of the water from the dock. Chely, was great to work with and very patient in answering all my questions. There is a nice shopping center less than 2mi. away with grocery, drug store and movie theatre. Sadly, we did not see any manatees.

The best place we've ever stayed

From the minute we pulled onto the property/started to settle in for the week...we KNEW this was the perfect fit for a long-overdue family gathering! Home is inviting, cozily decorated, large open kitchen/tv area/dining area are comingled so all 6 of us could always be "together" as we prepared meals, played games and just bellied laughed reminiscing and telling stories. Super comfy beds! A beautiful screened in porch for after the sun set but wow did we enjoy the lower level dock!....hot tub, lounge chairs, seeing the manatee almost daily swim by in the canal. Truly a gem of a get-a-way! Thank you Chely for sharing your lovely home!

A Bit of Paradise

This property is everything that it is made out to be! We had a fantastic week full of relaxation and exploration. The home is beautiful and we had a great time sitting on the porch watching the manatees and tarpon swim in the canal. The home has all the amenities and the owners were easy to reach. We enjoyed everything about this trip and would love to return next year!

Great place to come home to after your day of adventures. Sitting on the deck or waterside or in the hot tub, it is a perfect place to close out the day and spot manatees as they teach us the perfect way to live life - happy, peaceful and content with what this beautiful life has given us all.

Lovely home and property.

After staying 5 weeks in Chely’s home, I can see why people stay in the upper keys. There are many things to do and enjoy, water sports, shopping, and restaurants. We really didn’t need to travel 2 hours to Key West, been there, done that. The location is very nice, and we’ve never seen so many manatees including the smallest we’ve ever seen go by the dock area. Had such a great view of boats passing the home on their way out to the gulf. The screened in porch was wonderful and so peaceful. Any issues were minor and were taken care of. There was plenty of parking, and only a short trip to go fishing up in Marathon with friends. If you stay at this home, you will be hooked on Islamorada. Thank you for letting us enjoy your lovely home.

Extremely relaxing great location

Extremely relaxing great location. Exactly as pictured very relaxing spacious good beds good linens fully stocked kitchen great view. Manatees swim right by the dock iguanas everywhere. shaded spaces sun spaces air condition spaces everyone in the family had their own climate controlled area. Hot tub was a nice added amenity that we normally don’t take it vantage of but this location was perfect

Amazing!

This home was perfect for my family of 4. Having our boat docked up behind the house made everything very easy. The hoses, fish cleaning station and ample room on the deck made every adventure smooth. Its only a 5 minute quick trip out to the gulf . This is a very quite area and we never worried about leaving stuff out downstairs overnight. Close to great restaurants and the grocery store. We travel a lot and this was our favorite property and trip we have been on. I can't recommend this home enough.

Perfect getaway

We had an incredible Florida Keys vacation. This was a beautiful, quiet, relaxing location to come back to after a day of scuba diving. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We spent our evenings in the hot tub and looking up at the stars on the dock. We rented kayaks and enjoyed exploring the nearby mangroves, watching the sunset and meeting the manatees. We look forward to coming back again.

Wonderful place to stay for a family vacation.

Paradise

The location by land and water were great. We enjoyed the Manatees that visited every day. We rented a boat for a week and the dock access was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The house was exactly as the owner described. Wish we were still there. We came home to frigid temperatures that we haven’t had in years. This morning it was -4 windchill -24 🥶
