This plush apartment has been designed with you in mind. It boasts a large living room area that is setup up with a large 55-inch TV and a killer backyard The kitchen also comes fully stocked. Don't worry about bringing pots and pans or spices as the unit has everything you might need!

The apartment has a California king bed, a large closet, and an appointed shower and bathtub with plush towels!

The outside area features ambiance lighting as well as a seating area and a BBQ for you to use!

This plush space boasts colorful designs that were handed picked by our team to make your trip as enjoyable as possible.

As you walk into the home you will see a large seating area with a 55-inch tv for you to enjoy while relaxing. There are plenty of pillows and blankets for you to use if you get cold.

The kitchen comes well-appointed with spices, pots, pans, and even a blender, which is perfect if you plan on cooking a small snack or a full meal!

There are entry doors in the front and rear of the unit that has smart locks. Before you arrive you will be sent a one-time code that will only be active for your stay. Please enter the code and tap the yale logo button.

There is plenty of parking in the rear of the building behind the outside seating area.

Cats are not allowed.

Sécurité protocol was difficult and different. Scanning Drivers license and face scans… Don’t ask you guests to take the trash bins to the curb for collection. I had put anything on the bin yet. Your responsibility

Comfortable cozy apartment

Very convenient for pet owners. Just loved the courtyard for the pups to play in. Apartment was very clean and really felt secure. Property owner did check in several times to make sure all A ok.

Don't stay here if you want to feel safe

My husband and I booked Nic's rental for a month and were so unhappy with our stay that we left after two and a half weeks. To begin, the rental is in an incredibly sketchy neighbourhood. My husband and I were woken up at all hours of the night by the sounds of ambulance and police sirens. During the day when I tried to work outside on the back patio, I was constantly smelling marijuana from the property next door. The walls of the rental are paper-thin, and could hear every conversation of the people renting the units above or beside us. We were constantly woken up my loud music, loud conversations, and people checking into their units at all hours, one of whom entered our unit at 3 a.m. When we tried to bring these to the attention of the property manager, we were told there was nothing he could do. We eventually left for fear of our safety. I would not recommend this property at all.
