Detta är en mycket privat, trädbevuxen miljö i en av Brecks mest exklusiva stadsdelar, Shock Hill.

Vi har nu ett nytt Bullograp R6L-spa som ersätter vårt äldre spa. Den är nu redo att gå och är en enorm förbättring !! Besök oss nu och njut!

Ett välutrustat enfamiljshus inom gångavstånd från gondolen och huvudgatan i Breckenridge. Du kommer att lämna känslan avslappnad och redo att återvända.

Ett sovrum ett badrum (sover 2-4) fristående hem. Detta underbara ett sovrum hem är bara 300 meter från den nya gondolen privata mitten station. Gå till gondolen och åka till basen av topp 8 eller ta gondolen i centrum. Detta fristående hem med ett sovrum ligger också några steg till Breckenridge Nordic Ski Trail. Njut av längdskidåkning, snöskor eller vandring och mountainbike på sommaren. Detta hem ligger bara en halv mil från huvudgatan Breck och är en enkel promenad via en trottoar.

Köket är vackert utrustat med avancerade rostfria apparater samt bänkskivor i granit. Det har allt du behöver för att laga en gourmetmåltid.

Sovrummet har en mycket bekväm king size-säng med dunkuddar och en duntäcke för att hålla dig varm på natten.

Det stora badrummet ligger utanför sovrummet. Njut av det medföljande bubbelbadkaret eller glaset * STEAM SHOWER * efter en fantastisk dag med vandring, skidåkning eller mountainbike.

Vardagsrummet / kök / matplats har en fin öppen planlösning som gör den här egenskapen idealisk för att umgås framför gasspisen när du lagar middag. Krulla sedan upp i soffan och titta på din favoritfilm på 37-tums LCD-TV när elden brinner in på natten. Vi har säkert WIFI också.

Amazing Property and Hosts

I only stayed at this property for a few days, but it was the best experience I have had in a rental so far. The hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating/polite with everything needed. House was spotless and hosts had provided multiple things that I had overlooked in packing. Location was amazing, all of the amenities operated well. Thank you Brad and Lee!

Wonderful stay

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and just the right size for us. The proximity to the gondola station was great, and the hot tub was enjoyable after a day of skiing. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Breck!

Most amazing stay

Me and my spouse came here to get a nice vacation away. It was amazing, all the amenities were there and they had great easy to follow instructions. We definitely would recommend people coming here for a vacation to get away. It was also really close to down town Breckenridge which was also amazing! We will definitely return!

Quick Visit to Breckenridge

We enjoyed our quick visit to Breckenridge to enjoy hiking in the fall colors. The condo is well equipped. Just be aware, the condo is down a flight of stairs and you have no access to the garage. Also, check in time is a little later than others (4 pm) and check out is earlier than others (10 am).

Great Spot

The location was perfect for a stay at Breck. It was incredibly convenient with a short walk to the gondola boarding for shock hill neighborhood. Getting on and off the mountain was a breeze. The property was comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Perfect size for a couple or party of 3. We took advantage of the hot tub daily.

Disappointing

This might have been a nice vacation rental at one point but those times are long over. There are broken furniture, scratches on the wall, a heavily stained carpet and the bed mattress caves in the middle. When we checked in, there were wet towels in the washer and a load of towels in the dryer, hair all over the sheets and a layer of dust on everything. We contacted one of the owners, Brad, thinking he might send someone to fix some of the issues and his only response was “thank you for letting us know”. These owners clearly stopped caring about their property.

The location of this home at mid station gondola is perfect. The private hot tub was absolutely perfect after a long day of skiing. Accommodations were perfect for my spouse and I. Close to gondola

The property was great! We really enjoyed the hot tub. Says 4 can stay, but really better for just a family. Only one car parking available. To reach gondola take a left out of neighborhood and it’s right there. You can purchase lift tickets after you get on gondola, it’s free to ride up to the slope lift or down to downtown. Highly recommend!

A fantastic location!

We enjoyed our week in Breckenridge! This location cannot be beat, particularly if you both downhill and Nordic ski -- walking to the gondola Shock Hill stop was convenient for both skiing and getting into town, and the Nordic trails are easy to access at the side of the road. Check-in was seamless, the condo was well equipped (I enjoyed the steam shower more than I expected), and the bed was very comfortable. Some of the furnishings and the cabinets are a little worse for wear. The updated stove and microwave were great for our cooking, and connecting our iPad to the TV was easy (we brought an HDMI cable with us).

Great Shock Hill Condo with all that you need!

Not ski in/ski out while we were there: the gondola is quite a walk away and it was not working when we were there. The unit was toasty warm, but we struggled to figure out what controlled the heater. Probably our confusion. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The lighting in each room was great - easy to read, The windows were plentiful. Perfect for the two of us. Any more, and it would have been crowded. Great TV set-up. Awesome TV and wifi.

The unit is very nice and clean. Very comfortable bed! The kitchen seemed well stocked although we didn’t really use it except for coffee in the morning. The only negative is that There was an odd musty smell when you walk in. We booked last minute so maybe that had something to do with it? I don’t know but overall it was a very nice comfortable stay.

Not Luxury

We stayed here to celebrate our 40th Anniversary and were disappointed. First, the do not tell you there are approximately 17 steps outdoors that you need to navigate coming and going. Second, the unit is basically a basement apartment. It is very small, dark, and cramped! The bedroom being the worse. The view is nice, as you are among the trees, but you look a a road that is close. We did see a moose! The hot tub is nice, but it was difficult to get to it as many of the stepping stones are loose. The kitchen is nicely up dated and well equipped. I would not stay here again.

Not as expected!

When I reserved the property I thought I was getting the whole house but instead we got the basement. The furniture is WELL WORN and uncomfortabe. There was no heater in the bathroom and when we put a little floor heater in there it kept cutting off. Only heat in basement apartment is a gas fireplace which was rather hard to regulate. You were either hot or cold. Would not stay there again.

THE Place to Stay!!!

Everything about this place is top-notch, but the location is what sets it apart. The house is nestled in a beautiful, secluded neighborhood surrounded by trees. You get to enjoy peace and quiet, yet are only a 3 minute walk to the gondola or a 10 minute walk to a bus stop which will put you right in the heart of town! The house itself is wonderful, with everything you need for a comfortable stay in the cold weather. My kids slept on the pull-out couch and didn't complain once about it not being comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked, so if you plan on going grocery shopping check what's there before you buy double, like us. The bed in the bedroom is super comfortable, perfect for a great night's sleep after a long day of adventures. The restroom has a double sink, which was perfect for us, and in the corner the washer and dryer. The steamer feature in the shower is AMAZING! We also used the hot tub outside, and it was just perfect and relaxing. I could go on and on about how much we liked this place. On top of all of that, the hosts were just as amazing. From before we got there until we left, Brad was easy to reach out to and extremely helpful. When we return to Breckenridge, this is where we'll stay!

Home away from home *not ski in ski out

This home was amazing…. It really felt like it was home away from home. We only live about an hour and 45 minutes away so it was nice being so comfortable. We do a lot of traveling a lot of staying in different properties and I told my husband Colorado just knows how to do it right lol the home has every little thing you can think of in the kitchen cabinets… there are spices coffee extra cans of soup for cooking. It’s just really like home every utensil you can think of, the bathroom is also equipped, one thing is you’ll need to bring your own laundry soap… that would’ve been nice to know but like I said we were so close we just took our dirty stuff back but I would’ve liked to wash it before I went home. This is not a ski in ski out like you would think you can ski from the property and ski back into the property it’s about a 13 minute walk up the road to get to the gondola and then that gondola takes you right to peak 8… but it was amazing! The hot tub sealed the deal. It’s big and amazing. It was exactly what we were looking for to sit under the stars in the hot tub after a day of skiing definitely will stay here in the future!!

We both reside in Denver and spend our free time in or around Breckenridge. We all enjoy the outdoors and everything Colorado has to offer during the four seasons. We are all passionate about skiing and love the Summit county environment.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have been visiting the Breckenridge area since 1985 and love everything the area has to offer. The skiing is great in Breckenridge along with all of summit county. We made the decision to purchase a place after five years of waiting for the perfect property. We love the private setting and the quiet neighborhood of Shock Hill. The added bonus, we found a house where we could access the slopes without paying for parking or taking a shuttle. We also wanted easy access to the town of Breckenridge. This home provides everything.

We love our house and have been told it is the most unique property in Breckenridge. Quiet and close to skiing and town. Very private setting nestled in the woods. The home has all the features of a luxury mansion in a one bedroom size. Easy access to year round sports and activities.
