The space

Soak up the sun in our comfy lounge chairs, show off your cannonball skills in the 8-foot deep pool, or enjoy happy hour with friends at the outdoor bbq island while sipping margaritas! Guest access
You’ll have the entire estate to yourself, including the gym, pool, entertainment pavilion, laundry room, and peaceful verandas. Enjoy full privacy and exclusive access to everything during your stay.

Other things to note
* We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.

* The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.

* This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.

* Hosting an event? Let us know in advance—extra fees apply.

* Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $100/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Spa heating is always free :)

* A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.

* After 16 guests, there’s a $50 per night fee for each additional guest.

* Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead and depends on our cleaning schedule.

* Loud music is not allowed on the property after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediately removal from the property.
