Whether you're pulling up one of the balcony chairs with a cup of coffee in hand or gazing at the water through the living room's floor-to-ceiling glass doors, this Gulf-front setting is one to remember.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table for mealtimes or rainy-day family games, and a sunlit living area with comfortable furnishings and a TV. On the grounds, enjoy access to a host of deluxe resort amenities, including two huge lagoon pools, an indoor heated pool, hot tubs, a 4,300-square-foot fitness center with a Roman spa, a movie/media center, a game room, an on-site restaurant, a convenience store, and a 5,000-square-foot conference center.

If you want to get out and explore, Tidewater Beach Resort is just half mile from the fabulous Pier Park shopping and entertainment center boasting a mix of dining, retail, and exciting event opportunities. Also close by are Gulf World (one mile), Ripley's Believe It or Not! (six miles), and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park (six miles).

All guests must register for parking passes and wristbands online 24 hours or more prior to check-in. Please note that a resort fee of $33 per booking is payable upon registration (price subject to change). If registration is not completed more than 24 hours before arrival, guests will pay an extra $10 late fee (price subject to change).
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
