Very cute and comfy

Just as described. Cute house with updated decor and very nice kitchen. Walked to Folk for breakfast and dinner at Cork and Gable. Used Ubers for transport everywhere downtown. So amazed at how nice Detroit is now. Enjoyed the location and house.

Fantastic location and a great host

I stayed with a friend for 3 nights here. The home is in immaculate condition and in a quiet location near downtown. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Great place to stay while going to Lions game

Place was very clean and beautifully finished. Location worked out very well for Lions game and downtown activities.Only suggestions are better pillow options , the ones on our bed were too hard, and a Keurig coffee maker.

The beds were full size beds and not Queen. Both beds were very uncomfortable, especially the bed closest to the backyard. That bed also had metal sticking out and my friend injured his leg walking by it. If the beds were comfortable and Queen size as advertised we would’ve given 5 stars.

Great house, bad neighborhood

The house was great, unfortunately the neighborhood is not the best. We were part of an active crime scene the first day and there were cars drag racing the second night. The overall area is okay, but did not feel comfortable walking at night.

Wonderful!!!

This property has everything you’ll need for a trip to the area. It is spacious, beautifully furnished, close to downtown and the owner is nearby to answer any questions you might have. We will definitely make this our base in the future when we are in the Detroit!!

Loved our stay

This was a landing place for us while our daughter was at camp. It felt like a charming spot to experience Detroit. Walkable to coffee and restaurants and my partner even got a haircut nearby. It was well decorated and had everything we needed. Very thoughtful touches as well. Would return on our next visit to Detroit!

So lovely!!

This place exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, and so well appointed. There were snacks, coffee, and spices for cooking. The toiletries provided were surprising and so appreciated. There were indoor and outdoor games, as well as a plethora of great books. The location was top notch. We even stayed an extra night and would absolutely stay again and again. The hosts were wonderful, check in was a breeze, and we highly recommend this rental for your next stay in Detroit. Loved it!!

Beautiful Home with great location

We found the home in pristine condition. It was an easy parking experience and we were able to take a Lyft to all of our commitments - Huntington Place, Greektown, and more. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. When we notified him that there were no coffee filters he had some on delivered to the porch via Amazon before the next morning so we could still enjoy delicious Chemex coffee. Super impressed and will stay again if ever coming to downtown Detroit for events or work.

Exemplary Host/Hostess

The space was perfect for our family of three over Thanksgiving. It is furnished with higher end products (nice toilet paper, nice paper towels, nice soap/hair product, beautiful artwork). You can see attention to detail in the updated kitchen, kitchen utensils, cookware, cook books galore and books galore, cocktail glasses, etc. Andres and his wife went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed when we needed it. We were able to walk to lovely restaurants nearby and also walked home from Ford Field. Highly recommend booking this adorable home in Corktown!

Christmas time in Detroit

Went to visit son and friends in Detroit! This place was very safe, quiet and we walked to coffee shops, restaurants, and downtown to Cadillac Lodge (Christmas village downtown)! Hosts were wonderful, house was very cute and comfortable! Will definitely rent again!
