Our newly remodeled Patio Villa is perfectly located between the Town Squares of Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs!
5 Min car ride to either to Sumter Landing (1.5 miles) or to Spanish Springs (1.7 miles).
This 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Patio Villa has: New Kitchen, granite countertops, New Washer and Dryer, Full linens, and fully functional kitchen. It has a roll away bed stored in the walk-in closet if needed for an extra guest and a 75in TV.
Entry is a keypad which we will provide the access code prior to arrival so check in is contactless.
Golf Carts are available to rent at nearby locations.

We are a retired family and we manage a few properties in the area with our son. Our family enjoys being able to host and provide a welcoming experience for visitors in The Villages. We live locally and are always available for questions and help.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This is a quaint property that we decided to invest in and renovate a few years ago, because we wanted to provide a wonderful, clean, and homely experience to visitors of The Villages. Our family was very passionate to make this look like a brand new place, yet still feel like a home.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This property is close right between The Spanish Springs Town Square & Sumter Landing , which are both the main attractions. We filled the house with as much stuff that we could think of to make this home feel more like a home, including some unique things you never knew you'd like such as our Arcade Cabinet game! We are also providing numerous TV streaming services on the 75" TV.
