Detta vackra hem beläget på 718-720 Isthmus Court är perfekt för en stor familj eller grupp vänner med två fullt utrustade kök, två vardagsrum och två stora tvättmaskiner / torktumlare. Takdäck är mycket stort och privat, med matbord / stolar och solstolar. Nedervåningen har en härlig upphöjd uteplats med bord / stolar - njut av solen och spektakulär utsikt över havet och solnedgången från båda. Alla rum har sängar av hög kvalitet, platt-TV och takfläkt. Alla nya köksapparater och utrustning, bekväma vardagsrum, DVD-spelare, iPod-dockningsstationer och spel för hela familjen gör detta till ett hus att minnas.

På övervåningen 3 BR / 2. 5 BA sover 8 i sängar; Nedervåningen 2 BR / 2 BA sover 6 i sängar. Båda enheterna har två dubbla hopfällbara futoner som är idealiska för små barn.

Great stay!

This property was perfect for us! Being steps from the beach was perfect. It was nice that there were beach chairs, boogey boards & even an umbrella in the garage. Between the 2 kitchens we had everything we needed.

Family Time

Our family gets together each year from different parts of the world to spend a week together. This house is great ( we’ve stayed previously).We love everything about it.I tried to book it again for next year but Juky was already booked so we will try for 2027.

Fantastic Stay For Large Groups

Location and gathering spaces can't be beat. Truly steps from the beach and patio and rooftop are great places groups to connect.

Mission beach vacation

It was a great location except for homeless going thru garbage…even stole some items off the table on the front patio. When tv wouldn’t work, it was replaced…very nice. Thank you. Dryer downstairs was broken.. the part was in but no one came to fix it. When we went into the office the girls were very nice and helpful. We all had a great time.

Perfect location for your San Diego stay

Me and a couple friends went down for a wedding and wanted close to a beach and the bars and this place has it. 1 block from the beach and so central to everything. Great spot for entertainment with rooftop deck and front patio.Great communication from the owner and check in was a breeze!Ill be back next time I visit San Diego!

The house is in an amazing location and fit our group of 12 great. We had 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids so we rented the whole house (2 bedrooms in the bottom unit and 3 bedrooms in the upstairs unit). We were steps away from the beach, local restaurants and shops. The house was clean and the kitchens were equipped with everything we needed. The only negative we had was that we were informed prior to check-in that the downstairs dryer was not working and the tv service was not operational. I appreciate that we were told and didn’t have to find out on our own, but the property management company scheduled service to be completed during our stay without asking first (8-12 on one day and 8-12 on another) This meant we would have had people coming into the unit while we were there potentially sleeping or we would need to leave and the manager would be there with the techs. I asked for the appointments to be rescheduled for another time which they respected with help from Pam the property owner. This did impact us, but not drastically. Overall, I would recommend this property and would stay again in the future.

Disappointed

I love the location and there was enouhj rooms for everyone. Very disappointed bed sheets were dirty theuynever changed them. The downstairs dryer was broken. Also one of the kithcen chairs was very lose. There was slso sand in all over the washer. I told the management office to let the owners know. We are charged a big clean fee and the cleaning may need to be changed. The management did have the cleaning crew come and clean the beds. The dryer was checked but was unable to fix it at the time. Stated they needed a specialist for the dryer. I was really upset about the beds no one wants to sleep in dirty bed.

Family Holiday

My group of 7 - husband, 2 adult children, sisters and niece, enjoyed a 9 day stay at 718/720 Isthmus. The property, while not on the beach, was just a few steps away. It was clean, well maintained and worked perfectly for our holidays. Everything we wanted and needed was in close proximity. TheWe will definitely visit again.

Perfect location and for large groups!

We had 10 women stay in both units and it was absolutely perfect for our group! Amazing location steps from the beach and beach path to get to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Huge space with plenty of bathrooms as well!

Amazing Stay!

This property was everything it advertised and more! The host was gracious and accommodating when my husband was involved in a terrible car accident a year ago and we had to reschedule. I would definitely rent again! :)
