Stunning property

We had family visiting from Toronto and this house was perfect for us. The location was perfect, the amenities were amazing and the bay views were the icing on the cake!

Wonderful home!

Our entire family of three generations had a wonderful time at his house. The layout was perfect for all of us to have our own space. And the location on the Bay was perfect. Quiet but close to everything. We would definitely come back again.

Beautiful bayside home

Lovely location with beautiful views of the bay. Fun nonmotirized water crafts to use. Great spaces for gatherings. Very responsive hosts. Light and bright bedrooms. Had a wonderful time!

Amazing Property

The property is amazing! Our extended family of eleven spent the week there for Christmas. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as 2 large living areas, decks on each of the 3 levels, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, sand toys, a hot tub, the dining table could accommodate all of us at the same time, etc. The best part is that it was right on the bay so that the little kids could walk right out and play without having to drive somewhere or cross a street. Cindy was very responsive and quickly took care of some storm-related issues that affected the property and compensated us accordingly. We have spent time at 3 different properties in Mission Beach/Bay and by far this one was the best. We will likely stay there again.

Perfect property for us!

This will be our first choice if we have another retreat in San Diego. Plenty of room for our group of ten. Unbelievable sunrise views each day. Fast and accommodating communication with property management. Five stars!!

Wonderful home and location for all ages

We loved our week right on Mission Bay. The house was large and comfortable for everyone in our extended family. Our little ones were safe behind the gates while the adults enjoyed the beautiful view. The house was equipped with kayaks, paddle boards and everything we could possibly need at the beach. We definitely want a repeat!

Great location for a larger family stay!

We had a great week! Everyone was comfortable and we had plenty of room to move about. The kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of beach necessities provided.

Three Generation Family Vacation

The property was great and the location was perfect. We literally couldn't ask for anything different. The Bay offered warm calm waters for our four grandchildren, ages six to thirteen and the beach on the ocean side added some excitement w/ the waves. The property had an abundance of water toys and the house was outfitted w/ everything we needed.

Bliss at the Bay

What a amazing location and a home that has everything for our family of eleven! Steps to the bay waterline and a two block walk to the Ocean water line. Beautiful paths to walk right outside your patio or enjoy the view complete with decorated sailboats and fireworks (viewable from sea world show) during our Christmas Week Celebration Communication was excellent and we had a couple first day hiccups which were addressed in person immediately- great customer service! Note twin beds as pictured were now a full size - dissappointed the littles we had, but everything else is great!

Amazing weekend in Mission Beach

Best VRBO ever!

Wonderful home, great location

This property was fantastic and the location is perfect. The bay is a great calm spot for the kids to play in the sand and the paddle boards were a massive hit for everyone. Cindy the property manager was also fantastic. I would recommend the property to anyone!

Great Multi-generational Vacation!

Loved our stay! We were here the last weekend of March and had amazing weather! The house is filled with everything you could need; beach equipment, baby stuff, Roku on the tv, lots of clean towels and bedding. There is nightly fireworks at Sea World that reflect in the bay. So beautiful. We ordered groceries and food and the delivery guys all knew where to find the place. I did a ton of research and we definitely had the best vacation home on the water. The location is amazing. You are a block away from Starbucks, restaurants, the beach side, Belmont Park. We never drove anywhere except to visit Coronado one day. I loved the Bay side, a lot more quiet and less windy than the beach side. Definitely worth it. And check-in and check-out were a breeze. Great communication with the property manager. Would totally stay here again.

The best!

We are local San Diegans with the advantage of knowing how wonderful our beach and bay are so believe me when I say you will not find a finer vacation home for a family stay. The home is beautiful and blessed with four (!) parking spaces. The sunrise and morning peace over Mission Bay is tonic for the soul. We had to postpone from January to March because of the coronavirus and Cindy could not have been more helpfully with the change. She has my eternal gratitude. This was beyond what we hoped for when we planned this family gathering. Memorable!
