Expensive for what you get!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great condo with an awesome view.

This condo has an amazing location- you can see St. John's pass/waterway and from the bedroom the gulf. It is a little noisy because you are close to the bridge (that is a draw bridge) and the road- but the view is awesome- you can watch the dolphins from the balcony.

Vacating at Beach Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have been coming to Madeira for over 25 years. This year we stayed at Beach Place in #501. This unit was very well stocked with everything you need and then some. Nice furniture and decor. Directly across street from John’s Pass. Can watch the bridge raise and see the beautiful lights at night from balcony. Pool was nice and clean, along with Tiki tables to relax and cool down at. Would recommend staying at Beach Place for a wonderful vacation. We are looking forward to visiting again next year!

First impression of Unit 501 was it smelled clean and was very clean. Pleased that it was virtually identical to the pictures posted. The kitchen was a highlight. Appliances,counter tops,and cabinets were new and very nice. Good supply of cookware. Nice view of bridge and intercoastal from balcony. Road noise, but not a problem. Pool area was nice. Would have liked a laundry area on site. Overall we were happy with our stay. Would recommend unit 501

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in #501 at Beach Place. Accommodations are always great in that unit. One area that needs to be addressed in the complex, is the pool area. Numerous days of young couples drinking beer in the pool. Also large groups coming down to the pool at 9:00 and saving 4, 6, or more chairs with towels, but not actually occupying them until later in the afternoon. Both issues need to be addressed - very inconsiderate.

Our dream vacation

December 2019 Stay

This was our first time staying at SunHost Resorts. We were greeted by very friendly, helpful office staff. The condominium was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the location; being within walking distance to John's Pass was wonderful. The property was very clean and all the people we met were very friendly. Our experience was great! We look forward to staying again!

First trip to Madeira Beach and best place we've ever stayed!!!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay The property was convenient and well maintained, very attractive. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We loved it.

July 2016 Stay

Over all the stay was really nice, the room we stayed in was both homey and warm and provided us with a great view. Aside from that the quick access to both the pool and the ocean was a great advantage and greatly appreciated. Regretfully, it was a turn off that the room did not possess a washing machine and that the machine was so far from where we were staying. Over all though the experience was great and I would likely repeat it again.
