Clean and walking distance to the beach. The rooftop pool was a great option before and after going to the beach!

Our stay was great and the location was amazing. A small walk away from the beach, lots of nice restaurants and ice cream parlors etc. I will say we wish there was a little more of the consumables (soaps, shampoo, trash bags) etc.

This property has everything you need for a short or lengthy beach stay. With a walk that was less than 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from shopping and eating, the location was ideal. Since not everyone in my crew likes the beach they were able to enjoy the day in the comfort of the house. Communication with the host was extremely easy.

Location is great, truly a minute walk to the beach, along with a shuttle stop which was even closer. You'll be across the street from beach access 11 which was less crowded than the main entrance but the main beach entrance is walkable as well. The garage has items for the beach, which was nice. The rooftop pool was nice to use at night.

We had an incredible stay at this beach house! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and welcoming everything was. Plus, the beach is only a short walk away, making trips to the sand totally effortless! What really sets this property apart is how thoughtfully stocked it is. The owners provided literally everything we needed—from everyday house essentials to all the beach gear you could ever want (chairs, towels, and more!). If you are flying in and trying to pack light, this is the place to book. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance, so you don't even need to rent a car! You won't have to stress about buying supplies or hauling extra gear, which made our vacation entirely hassle-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Great spot. Close to beach

This was a great spot for our family that was coming in from different states. Easy access as we arrived very late at night. Clean house with some extras in the garage for the beach! Close to the beach which was perfect for us. Would stay again.

A piece of paradise

We had an amazing time in siesta key. The property fit all of our needs and then some. Just a short walk to the beach and the rooftop pool was such a cool feature. Kitchen was a great size. We enjoyed family dinners every night. Great place.

Great location, unit needs major updating

The proximity to the beach is fantastic. Outside of that we felt this was overpriced for the quality of the unit. Most appliances, while mainly functional, are damaged and run down. Refrigerator shelving in door was all broken and cracked, ice/water dispenser and ice maker were not functional. Washer was moldy as well as showers. Bedding was very thin and no extra blankets were provided/available. Patio door side panel was ajar when we arrived and we had to push it back on the track to close it. Televisions are not smart, small and very slow. Unit has only tile floors with no rugs, and were covered in sand when we arrived. Dishes were put away dirty. Front door lock was very difficult to use as it would not register the numbers for our code each time we hit them. Door also is not fully sealed. Elevator was not available to us for getting luggage up and down. Positives are the new beach chairs, wagon and ping pong in the garage. We did not take advantage of complimentary bikes, but that was a nice perk.

4/10 Dåligt

Living room television did not work. I was woke up to have to deal with the pool repair man which was clearly not my job it was managements and there was still food left from the prior renters.

Hi Windy. We're sorry that the pool man bothered you during your stay. They were supposed to contact our office and not bother you. We've since refined our communication with our pool venders.
