Please be advised :1-You need a QR code to be sent to you prior to your arrival to show at the gate , everyone staying at the house that drives must have one ( we didn’t know this until my friend got stocked at the gate with 3 children for over 45 m as we didn’t have the code ) I was the one renting the property but was never made aware of it .2- Tried to call the property manager to the after hours number ( was 8.10pm ) and no one answered , so make sure you have all you need.3- When they say “parks three cars “PLEASE be aware that it’s two cars vertical and one horizontal. Do NOT block the sidewalk, unfortunately we didn't know, and it took about 20 minutes for the tow truck to show up, we had to pay 125 in cash on the spot for them to not take the car otherwise would be more and no car. Big downside specially for such a large house. The additional park is far you must have someone driving you. This was a very unpleasant situation.4-Most of the TVs in the rooms don’t work some of them not even turn on.5- I asked for the pool to be heated, we went in the pool for one day and water was not cold but was room temperate, weather heated for sure , Spa was cold. Also the pool wasn’t very clean, water had much sediment.Just plan accordingly
