Living Spaces
The bright and welcoming open-plan living room can be found on the second floor of the property. With its huge windows and vaulted ceiling, there's a great sense of space that perfectly mirrors the wilderness of the surrounding area.

On sunny days, throw open the double doors and extend the living area onto the outdoor balcony. On cooler nights, light the gas fire and gather your group on the sumptuous couch and twin armchairs for a movie marathon on the flatscreen TV—popcorn is mandatory.

Got caught short by a rainy day? No problem! Head to the bunk room, switch on the Xbox and work your way through the many games to crown your champion.
An added benefit of Seven Spruce is that it has full laundry facilities. Thanks to this helpful feature you can pack light and avoid the headache of doing load after load once you're home from vacation.
Kitchen & Dining

Whether you're a culinary genius or a wizard with boxed mac and cheese, you'll love doing your thing in the fully equipped kitchen. The granite countertops provide plenty of prep space, and there are all the appliances you could need including a gas range. There's even a dishwasher to prevent arguments about whose turn it is to do the washing up.
The contemporary wooden picnic style table seats six and is a comfy spot for your group to dine together. It's perfectly positioned right next to the kitchen, too, so you can keep the designated chef company while they whip up a feast.
Bedrooms & Baths

The primary guest room can be found on the second floor and has a sumptuous Queen size bed that you won't want to leave in the morning. The large window looks out onto the surrounding spruce trees that provide plenty of privacy, and the plush armchair is an idyllic spot to grab a moment of alone time (or to pile clothes on which is what we all really do with a bedroom armchair). The primary room also has an en suite with a large shower so you can skip the bathroom queues in the morning.

A second bedroom on the main floor also features an ultra-comfy Queen size bed, bedside lamp, and views of the surrounding wilderness. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a single twin and is where kids (or kids at heart) will gravitate towards. These two rooms share a second full bathroom.

There's also an additional half bathroom on the second floor for when nature call

This two-story home is not wheelchair accessible. The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent. No smoking and no large gatherings or parties. Humans only: no pets allowed.
The cottage is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide testers, and there is a fire extinguisher inside the property.
