3. Water access is available from the backyard. The french doors are not childproof, please keep a watch on young children at all times.
4. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
5. Guests have access of the entire property, dock, and access to the canal. The garage is not available.
6. A local contact will be provided during your stay, please be respectful and aware they are not available 24/7.
7. A car is recommended. Parking Info: 5 cars max. Two cars in the driveway and three on the street.
8. No electric car charging is permitted. No use of outlets to charge cars.
