Welcome to our spacious and recently renovated (2023) home away from home! As a Sea Colony West guest, visitors enjoy all kinds of amenities (Beach, Pools, Fitness, Tennis, Pickleball, Sauna, Basketball) with private access to the Beach.

-Guests must register at the Sea Colony Shoppe to purchase badges. Fees vary depending on time of the year, please check Sea Colony's website
-Keyless entry: code to be provided before check-in
-Unit has Parking out front and is adjacent to Tennis Center, Pool (1 of 12 in Sea Colony) and Tram stop for an easy/short way to go to the Beach!

Our condo has been recently renovated with almost all new furniture (new living space furniture, king, queen & full beds). Before purchasing our vacation home, we have been coming to Bethany Beach for about a decade, staying in various rentals or other family member's homes. We understand how a comfortable space can assist in creating amazing memories with family and friends.
