Vårt rymliga, lyxiga hem ligger på Pond Cypress Way, i hjärtat av den ständigt surrande vattenfärgsamhället. Det ljusa och vackra hemmet ligger på ett sällsynt läge vid vattnet, så att gästerna verkligen kan fly och uppleva skönheten i grannskapets naturliga vegetation och landskap.

Vår rymliga tillflyktsort har ett värdefullt inducerande katedraltak ovanpå familjerummet på 2. nivå Detta skyhöga tak ger en verkligt öppen, tilltalande och luftig miljö. I det stora rummet står massor av plysch och inbjudande sittplatser inför en platt-TV och en vacker gasspis. Matsalen har ett skräddarsytt strandinspirerat bord för 8 tillsammans med en våt bar med inbyggd ismaskin.

Flera dörrar leder direkt på balkongen som ger våra gäster underbara sittplatser utomhus, en gasgrill och panoramautsikt över dammet framför. Our family had an awesome time! Great house, communication, and the location near Camp Waterolor was very convenient considering all the kids we had with us. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay

This was a great house for a group of friends and kids. The large living space was great for relaxing and the outdoor sitting areas were nice for morning coffee. We had a lot of bad weather this trip but it was nice to have the spacious house to enjoy when stuck inside!

Spacious & Lovely!

25 Pond Cypress Way is in an ideal location - close to so many perks of Watercolor. The Frog Pool as well as Camp Watercolor pool with slide/bar/lazy river are close enough one could walk! The nearest grocery store is also very near the house. The porches are huge and look out on a pond covered in lily pads and flowers. There was ample community space for the 4 adults and 4 kids to all be together, as well as plenty of bedrooms for privacy when needed. The golf cart was a huge bonus! So nice to not have to hassle with renting one. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Loved this property!

This house was amazing! The location was far from the beach, but the golf cart availability is a game changer. There was easy access to several of the Watercolor pools. The open floor plan and porches allowed for relaxed family gathering time. For a house that can sleep 12, there is a lack of driveway space and the internet was inconsistent - those would be my only negatives.

Excellent home for two families of 4. Plenary of room and space for all. Exclusive 30A was very good to work with. Took care of anything we needed. Thankful to be in watercolor with family and friends during the crazy summer of 2020!!!

Fall break

We love Watercolor and always try a new house when we come. This is not the first time we've used Exclusive 30A and wont be the last. Everything was perfect and when we did have an issue they were prompt to come fix it.

Great time

Great home in super clean condition. Only complaints is that the lockbox at the front door is very difficult to use so much so that we rarely placed the key there. It needs to be replaced or a better type lockbox installed

Great stay!

This property is very nice for a large group, and Watercolor is a standout neighborhood on 30A if you are vacationing with kids! Our extended family spent 6 days here. The living and kitchen area are open and large, and we always felt like we had plenty of room. We cooked several meals here and the kitchen had everything we needed to help prepare and serve meals for a large group. This particular home is walkable to Camp Watercolor and very close to the grocery store. The rental includes a golf cart, which is great for zipping around the neighborhood and for trips to the beach. We had a couple of very minor maintenance issues that gave us an opportunity to assess the property manager’s responsiveness- A+, they were on top of communicating and getting things fixed in a very timely and effective manner.

Reviewer Comments: House was great but TV in living room never worked while we were there. text and called the number they gave us,a guy that worked there for all of two days came out and tried to fix it and they told us it would be fixed by the following morning and never was. We had to go to a restaurant to watch the final four game and couldn't watch American Idol as a family.

Nice large home - golf cart was game changer

Rented this home for me and some friends with tweens and teens. It is farther from 30a but an easy bike ride. I really did not think much of the golf cart while deciding on renting this home. However, the golf cart was a game changer! Never rode our bikes (adults, kids rode everywhere on bikes). The golf cart was a blast! It is so easy to go everywhere around WC and Seaside. Easy to find parking. Bring your speaker so you got your tunes! Loved the pond across the street as our view. At night you are serenaded by the frogs and pond life. House is very close to Camp Watercolor and the lake/boat house. Close to the Publix. 7 minute golf cart ride to resort, park your cart in the garage! Loved every second. My only negative on this house was the air upstairs would not go below 74. It gets hot and stuffy upstairs and in the loft space. For the $$ I paid for this home, you should be allowed to be cooled off while your sleeping in that master off the kitchen. That made me mad, but otherwise, great stay. So, you call maintenance when you arrive and get that fixed.

Three levels of luxurious accommodations allowed our family to be together but spread out with room for everyone to enjoy. The porches are amazing to enjoy meals outdoors, even on a rainy day. Use of the golf cart and bikes made getting around Watercolor a breeze! Whether heading to the beach, the pool, or kayaking in the lake, or dining out, we never had to use our cars. The kitchen was well-equipped and having Publix within walking distance was another plus! We enjoyed grilling out and cooking meals in a few nights. We simply cannot say enough good things about this home and it's perfect location in one of Florida's finest beach destinations!!! The most beautiful beach anywhere, tons of dining options, tennis, golf, biking...we barely had time to take it all in over the course of the week. Thank you! We look forward to coming again next year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was lovely, however, it was tarnished by an unjustified parking ticket for $100 received on the first day of check-in. We had a car parked temporarily in the street to unload since the driveway was not big enough to accomadate 2 vehicles as advertised on the website for this property. There was no warning or notification given. When I contacted customer service about this unfortunate situation, I was told that there was "nothing they could do". Not what I call good customer service. We spent thousands of $ on our stay but an unjustified $100 parking ticket could not be waived. Bull!
