FOR MY CUSTOMERS CONVENIENCE I BLOCK ONE DAY BEFORE AND AFTER EACH RESERVATION, SO CUSTOMERS CAN CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT AT ANY TIME ACCORDING TO THEIR NEEDS.

Beautiful fully furnished villa with private 8X4m swimming pool. The property has beautiful, unobstracted sea views, it is fully airconditiond and has a strong wifi connection. Sea is 250 mtrs away.

A supermarket and a cafe/bar/restaurant is 400 mtrs from the house. Bus station is 100mtrs away.

The space
The villa is fully equipped with a lot of linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and i supply coffee, tea salt, oil for salads and for cooking and a wellcome pack. You will also find shampoo and soaps, toilet paper and many other necessary things in the kitchen. Also, cleaning materials for kitchen and bathroom and cleaning material for the washing machine.

The yard is gated so children can't escape. The pool has maximum deep of 1.40m. Sea view is beautiful and at nights you can hear the waves very well. The most beautiful place is the balcony at nights especially with full moon lighting the sea. Its very romantic.
Guest access
All the spaces of the villa and the big yard is for its guests. Also there is a private swimming pool for guests use only.
If you rent a car, there is inside the yard, a covered garage for the car.
Other things to note
In the face of a health crisis, the home will be cleaned and disinfected according to the recommendations of those responsible. There will be a minimum of 48 hours between visitors. We prefer to have this long time between guests, so to facilitate them with check in / check out time. The house will be ventilated for some hours, thoroughly cleaned and then all common areas will be disinfected (light buttons, door handles, remote controls, small appliances, etc.) with a special antibacterial solution or 70% alcohol solution.

Excellent villa in great location

We had an excellent experience staying at this villa. Andreas, the host, went above and beyond with making us feel welcome and was a wealth of information in what was going on in the area. He was also swift to respond to any messages . The villa was clean, and had everything that we required for our stay. A real home from home. The views from the villa were amazing and the pool and garden area were perfect for us and private. The location suited us as we hired a car, and it was only a 10 minute drive into Ayia Napa. We also ventured to Protaras (20 min) and Famagusta. It is excellently situated for all of the beautiful beaches in the area and we visited many of these. We would definitely stay here again if coming to the area.

Homely Villa

We had a wonderful stay at Andreas Villa. We were greeted after a late flight in the early hours of the morning by Andreas, which was a very kind gesture as this made the whole process smoother when we were all tired from the journey. The villa was exactly as advertised and also included a substantial welcome pack which contained some items that I had requested at no extra charge. Andreas clearly values his villa and his guests and does his best to make sure his guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The villa itself was very spacious and had a lovely homely feel to it compared to other villas we've stayed at before. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! The amenities provided included, an iron, a hair dryer, a very popular toasted sandwich maker and we even found some big binoculars so you could have a closer look at all the birds that frequent the garden while you're sitting on the patio. If you're an early riser you can see the sunrise in the morning sitting on the patio with your first cup of tea of the day. The pool was very clean and was maintained while we were there. It was lovely to be in and was enjoyed frequently by all five of us. I would say that we could've spent another month at this villa and still not have seen all that we wanted too. We loved our stay here and celebrated my 50th birthday in Cyprus. We were so pleased we chose this villa and would go back in a heart beat. Thank you Andreas
