Avoid the hassle of carrying chairs and umbrellas to the beach with this unit's complimentary chair service (includes two chairs and umbrella daily from March 1st to October 1).
If the Florida weather doesn't cooperate during your stay or you just want to venture out, attractions like miniature golf museums, arcades, movie theaters, and zoo are all just a short drive away. The Commodore and this unit have everything you will need for your beach getaway!

The Space:
Rare 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom 10th floor unit has everything you need to enjoy your Panama City Beach vacation. As soon as you enter you can see views of the sparkling Gulf water. You can't beat the views of the large wrap around balcony. If you like to stay in and cook, take advantage of the full-size kitchen and new appliances that are sure to please the chef of the family. A handrail is is installed in one of the showers along with comfort height toilets in both bathrooms for added convenience. Sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise as you drink your morning coffee or have an evening drink as the sun sets. This home and its views are one you will never forget!

Guest Access:
Guests will need to check-in at the security gate for passes and property details.
Unit is located on the 4th floor.
Elevators are on the ground level at the center of the building.
Pool and beach access are on the ground floor.
WiFi and door access will be provided in check-in email.

The Neighborhood:
Stay like a local in the South Grand Lagoon neighborhood. Only steps from the white sandy beaches and some of the beat restaurants and bars in Panama City Beach. Want to ride the emerald waves of PCB or go for a sunset cruise? No problem! Boat rentals, cruises, fishing and dive charters all operate out of local marinas in South Grand Lagoon and only minutes from the Commodore.
If the weather doesn't cooperate don't worry, there are plenty of land-based activities you can enjoy like miniature golf, Wonder Works and Ripley's Believe It or Not.

Getting Around:
The beach, restaurants and retail stores are all walking distance from property. Most indoor and outdoor attractions and shopping centers are only a short drive away.

Golf-cart and bike rentals are available for those that want to get out and explore the area at a slower pace.
