Wonderful Stay

Everything was great from booking, check-in, had a blast while we were there, and check-out was seamless. Absolutley could not ask for a better location ... literally steps from the beach. We are already planning our stay for next year.

The host was responsive to all my questions and they left our group a gift for when we arrived. Everything was clean and they didn’t have an outrageous list of chores to do before you checked out. The location was perfect and I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Siesta Key! The owners and condo staff made check in, and check out seamless, with an awesome location. We plan on returning to this same property soon.

Great Siesta Key condo

Beautiful condo with a great location. The owners were very nice and responded quickly to all of our questions. I highly recommend this rental for any family vacation.

Great location and beach condo

Location is excellent to both the private beach area and restaurants. The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. I loved that beach towels and folding chairs were provided by the Owner - so convenient for guests who fly in. Excellent management and staff. Will definitely stay here again.

We decided to spend Thanksgiving at the beach. The condo was comfortable. The office staff were friendly and eager to help. Siesta Key is an amazing beach - and my teen granddaughters loved that they could walk across the street and find a coffee shop, ice cream, and a market. We ate Thanksgiving dinner at Clayton’s and could not have asked for a better meal! Great location. We definitely recommend Seashell 505!

Great place to stay! Beach just steps away. Very clean and I didn't expect it to be that spacious. Host is very responsive. Overall, great stay. Would come back again.
