Welcome to Prospector Perch on Black Nugget Lane! Relax in this beautiful mountain retreat in Suncadia Resort. This ideal location is close to Swiftwater Cellars Winery, golf, hiking/biking trails, and all resort activities. This 5-BDR home fits 2-4 families comfortably with multiple spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and watch the wildlife & and golfers roam!
We reply promptly between 8am-5pm via phone, email, text or Airbnb messaging. After hours emergency contacts provided in the digital guidebook.
Located in the prestigious Black Nugget neighborhood, this home is within walking distance to Swiftwater Cellars winery and bike/walking trails and Suncadia Lodge. Black Nugget is a quiet community with large property plots that ensure a unique and private experience.
Self check-in with key pad
This beautiful homeâs main floor boasts a fully equipped chefâs kitchen with granite countertops and a large kitchen island. The main floor has an open floor plan with a dining table seating 10 comfortably and 4 bar stools at the island.
The down wrapped sofa is a popular place to gather for games, movie night, reading by the fire or just taking the best nap you have ever had!

âą Guest Room #2 with Queen bed
âą Guest Room #3 - Bunk Room with 2 Twin beds , 1 Double bed (sleeps 2)

Exterior:
-Upper-level Deck: Partially covered with patio furniture and gas grill.
-Lower Deck: Covered area with access to the hot tub and stairs to access the firepit area.
-Private hot tub is covered with a view of Prospector 15. The hot tub is serviced between each guest visit. Additional service is scheduled for longer stays.
-Outdoor gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs

The driveway can accommodate 4 to 5 cars. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Overflow parking is available at the bottom of the hill at the winery. From I-90, take exit 80 and follow signs.
**Not included: Access to Swim and Fitness or Nelson Farm pools.
