Welcome to our beautiful home in Bristol, TN, a completely remodeled home located near the Bristol Motor Speedway. The house features a mid-century modern theme with bright colors throughout, creating a cheerful and stylish atmosphere. It has two cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a newly renovated bathroom with modern fixtures and fluffy towels. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large flat-screen TV and plenty of natural light.
The Space:
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're here for the races or simply looking for a relaxing getaway, our home is the perfect place for you, with its prime location, modern amenities, and stunning decor.
Other Things to Note:
The house is located on a busy road. It is cozy and quiet inside, but there is traffic in front of the house, especially around 5 p.m. on weekdays. There are spots for two cars to park. One in the driveway and one in front of the house near the street.
The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests may communicate with us via text or the booking channel. There will be a slower response time with phone calls. If there is an emergency affecting a person's safety guests should call 911 and contact us once everyone is safe.
