The Perfect Place

This house lives up to our expectations. Perfect location, perfect set up, perfect amenities. We had a group of 12 rent this property for a long weekend. Through the entire process Steve and his family was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the large sectional, the outdoor pool and hot tub and the upstairs outdoor balcony. Oh, and if that wasn't good enough, you can just walk a couple steps to the beach. Would recommend this property to anyone and would consider renting again.

Everything was perfect. Right on beach with beautiful decks pool hot tubs. Haven’t ridden a bicycle in years. They were provided and we toured all over looking at the interesting cottages

My wife and I have been going to Fire Island for over 20 years . We finally decided to purchase a home in 2013. It was the definition of a fixer-upper. We took on the challenge and completed a major renovation. We spent he next several summers on the beach until we decided to do it again. With help from my three children, we finished this project and can't wait to spend time on the beach. Fire Island is our home away from home.
