Fantastiska solnedgångar och mark vid Gates Beach.

Mitt namn är Allen, och min fru och jag inbjuder dig att njuta av din lägenhet på Hawaii på Royal Kahili, som ligger på Alii-enheten nära allt vid Kona-kusten. Innan vi flyttade till Hawaii var detta vårt hem på Hawaii i flera år. Du kan njuta av följande som vi har gjort:

Gå på shopping, njut av restaurangerna och besök intressanta platser i Kailua Village.

Sitt vid poolen på den frodiga tropiska marken och titta ibland på vår hårt arbetande chef John gör ett bra jobb med att upprätthålla koi-dammarna, vattenfallet och grillområdet.

Se havet från poolområdet, se surfarna på två av The Big Island bästa surfstränder bara en kort promenad bort.

Spacious and comfortable

Property was spacious and clean. Could use a few updates but nothing major. It's a comfortable environment with friendly neighbors. Beach towels and equipment were appreciate. AC worked excellent. Lots of fans as well. Washer and dryer were very helpful. Quick response from host. Would stay again.

The stay was great. Great location. Facility is aging but the rates reflect that. We had an issue with a very noisy refrigerator, which was replaced within 3 days of it being mentioned to the property manager. We would definitely stay there again.

Great property, close to beaches

Second time I have stayed in this complex. We like the location, pool area is really nice. Hot tub was never hot while we were here, but the pool was warm enough to swim in. Location is great, owner was responsive and helpful. Property was clean, but could use a little update. I would stay here again for sure.

The condo was in a great location. We were in walking distance from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. My family enjoyed staying at the condo. I would recommend it when staying on the big island.

Kona vacation

It was a perfect stay. Great location, beautiful gardens, pool, and outdoor eating areas. House was clean, well stocked and had a jungle like view. Pool sparkle; spa had heating prob but owner got fixed. Will stay again.

This place is in a great location. Even though it’s quite old, the building seems to be well maintained and in a good condition. It is very quiet and comfortable place for vacations. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We enjoyed the staying and will consider coming back in the future.

This was the perfect place for us to come back to to cool off in the AC and make some food. Loved that it was so close to the ocean and an easy drive to great spots north and south.

Amazing Pool Area

The condo was as advertised and the pool area was an oasis after a long day on the island. Great location near Kona! The VBRO app was a challenge however, as it would not let me sign in to reply to the host's messages.

Rental stocked with everything we needed to cook. Pool area is excellent.

We loved this condo. A little dated but had everything we needed. Kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need for cooking and entertaining Pool area excellent with view of a the ocean. I would recommend this to everyone that wants a relaxing vacation in Kona.

Just right for a lovely stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We were comfortable with our accommodations. Lots of extras...pool noodles, beach chairs, towels and more. Small beach across the street is a good place to watch the sunset. Very nice lanai; great to kick back and wind down from adventures of the day. We hope that we can stay here again in the future.

If you know the island it's all you need.

This property was very simple to get to was quaint and had a very easy layout to maneuver around with friends and family. We were able to make and cook meals regularly. We had excellent amenities in the pool as well as the grill stations. We were not able to use the hot tub nor the fire pit as those were both under repair. Not an issue for us. Those things will be fixed upon review of this review and we will definitely look to possibly come back to this location as we are regular visitors to the big island and would highly recommend that everyone else do so as well

Everything would have been an outstanding place except for the cockroaches.

The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the number of cockroaches we experienced during our short stay here.

Beware, no air conditioning

For the price, meh. The kitchen faucet was broken, and there was no air conditioning as advertised; the indoor temperature remained at around 81*-82*. Otherwise, it was okay.

The kitchen is stocked very nicely! Lots of towels! Beach chairs are convenient. Great TV! A noisy rooster so I would recommend earplugs which we had. Clean quiet pool area.

Location location location

Aloha, Perfectly located, just minutes from downtown Kona and local beaches. The condo was very clean and well stocked with basic needs. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and the community members were very friendly and welcoming. This is our fourth time visiting the Big Island and we will definitely check on this condo for future visits. Mahalo

Nice get away!

Property was quite comfortable. Clean, well stocked with kitchen gear, towels and beach stuff. The courtyard was lovey for relaxing and BBQ. Price per night was very fair for being in the heart of Alii Drive. Short walk to Magic Sand Beach. Owners were great to deal with and were quick to respond with any queries we had. Overall, great experience and would recommend.
