I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve stayed here now, but it’s been our favorite place to stay on any of the Islands. Absolutely a hidden gem, you can’t go wrong booking here.

This is our third time staying at this condo, so obviously we think it’s great. The location is excellent for exploring the south Kona area. You can walk to Kahulu’u for some great snorkeling and it’s only about a 20 minute drive to the Captain Cook area and Honaunau. It also only takes about 15 minutes to get into the heart of Kona for shopping and sightseeing. The condo is clean and well stocked and has an amazing view. You don’t need to go anywhere to experience fabulous sunsets. The air conditioning is also a nice bonus for the hottest times of year. We hope to be back soon to swim with the fishies and turtles.

We loved the townhouse! Not only was the townhouse clean and a perfect size for a family of four, it was also in a perfect location! I sat on the back deck quite often and enjoyed watching the ocean waves crash into the rocks not even 30 feet from me. In addition, it was less than a half-mile walk to Kahaluu Beach which had outstanding snorkeling. There was also a shopping center with a grocery store and some restaurants (among other things) 1/4 mile up the hill. And it was only a five mile drive into Kailua-Kona. If you wanted to stay on the property, they had tennis courts and a pool (although the water temperature of the pool made it feel more like a hot tub, but it was August after all). Overall, the townhouse was awesome!

Fantastic little condo as close to the water as you can get, and within 10-12 minute walk to the best snorkeling area! Host was super responsive both before trip and for any questions during our stay. Would happily come back!

This is a great condo in a gated community right on the rocky ocean cliffs! The condo looks to be newly renovated - new kitchen and bathrooms, comfy furniture - everything was so nice. The lanai is not private but we saw only a few other people sitting outside at different times. Air conditioning in all the rooms is a huge plus!! There was a bit of mix up with check in getting the community gate code and finding the right condo but the host answered immediately when I called and explained everything. We had a lovely stay - it’s close enough to Kona for getting to restaurants but a nice to be a little separate from the main town. Great to have beach chairs/umbrella/cooler as well as a pool to use!

Wonderful property

Family and I thoroughly enjoyed the property. Ocean view and access to the beach was amazing. The property looked brand new and was inexplicably clean. Would love to visit again and stay here

The host was very responsive to our questions and generous. The mix-up with the pool code upon arrival was a bother and almost half of our stay with boarded up windows due to high surf was unfortunate, but we understand it was necessary for safety.

Perfect location for a great vacation!

Everything you need to feel at home, plus more! Close to groceries and restaurants but at the same time private and quiet. Pool was never crowded and perfect temperature. Parking was super convenient, just a few steps from the door. Comfortable living room furniture, and everyone slept great in their beds. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!
