Friends & Families get together for an unforgettable trip to this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Lake Tahoe cabin that sleeps up to 8 on Tahoe West Shore. This classic style Tahoe cabin has been beautifully renovated and is nestled within short walking distance of downtown Tahoe City. This spot is ideal for outdoor activities, from alpine skiing to boating, biking, hiking and much more! Enjoy gourmet kitchen appliances and an outdoor grill for cooking up yummy meals with family and friends!
This recently updated home is the perfect getaway, featuring modern touches plus all the appeal of Tahoe charm. From the appliances to the amenities, the owners have ensured the home is outfitted to make their guest's stay is as comfortable as possible. Upon arrival, youâll love the ease of access and overall welcoming feel that this cabin and neighborhood offer. Inside, youâll find a comfy living space fit for skiers and warm-weather travelers alike. The views enjoyed from the back deck create an atmosphere thatâs true to the cabinâs name, Tahoe Tyme.
The first floor includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and a full bathroom. Cooks will find the kitchen boasts all new, stainless steel appliances, with tons of space for cooking on the granite countertops. For seating, the dining table accommodates up to six with three additional spots at the counter. Steps away, the living room is outfitted with a large flatscreen TV (with cable), fireplace, and comfy leather couch.
The home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom hosts a queen size bed, desk space, its own TV, and a skylight paired with windows that allow for tons of sun. The first guest bedroom can sleep up to four, with a full size bed and twin daybed equipped with a trundle for another bed. As an added bonus, this guest bedroom provides access to a small balcony. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed.

Bedroom 1 MBR (upstairs): Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Full Bed + Trundle Bed (two twins)
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Queen Bed
2 full bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs)
With exception of a few closets or cabinets that the owners have locked for personal items, guests will otherwise have full access to this home.

There is parking for 2 - 3 vehicles on the driveway and no spillover for additional cars. Note that there is no street parking allowed at any Short Term Rental Property (per county ordinance).
No outdoor fires or charcoal bbqâs allowed per county ordinance. On red flag days, no open flame allowed (i.e. no use of propane grill).
Trash must be properly disposed of within metal bear bin alongside driveway. Do not leave any food or beverages in your vehicle as bears will not hesitate to help themselves to your goodies and can cause significant vehicle damage.
Home must be properly secured (doors locked, windows closed / locked, and bear mats activated) whenever not present in the home.
The driveway is on a seasonal plow service, whereas they come once per day when it snows more than 5 inches. They generally follow the road plows and will first clear the berms at the end of the driveway. Youâll need to move your cars so that the plows can access and clear the driveway (which takes less than 5 minutes once cars are out of the way).
There are a few steps that lead up from the parking pad to the front entry door. During winter storms, the stairs can pile with snow and will need to be shoveled in order to be maintained. We do our best to ensure reasonable access to the property, but depending on the timing of your arrival (if during or immediately following a storm), the stairs may need to be shoveled. There are shovels located onsite that can be used by guests, but we recommend that you travel with a shovel during winter conditions.
WINTER ADVISORY: By reserving this house during the winter months (November - April), you acknowledge that you will be traveling into the mountains and that winter storms are common and often unpredictable. The dates that you are choosing to reserve are being held for your group and are therefore unavailable for other groups to reserve. In all cases, our cancellation policy will prevail. There will be no consideration afforded for difficult travel due to winter weather condition. We strongly advise that you pay attention to incoming storms and / or changes in weather patterns in order to help avoid travel delays or disruptions. It is also strongly advised that you travel with a 4WD or AWD vehicle, carry snow chains , and have a shovel that can be used if needed to dig out a stuck vehicle.
ALL SEASONS ADVISORY: By reserving this house, you acknowledge that you will be traveling to the mountains and that Lake Tahoe (while beautiful) is in a natural forest setting. As such, it is possible that you may encounter spiders, ants, field mice, etc. at properties throughout the area. We take every proactive measure to prevent pests from finding their way inside the property (i.e. regular cleanings, seasonal deep cleanings, routine pest control - i.e. spray perimeter and crawl space areas, set traps, seal up holes of entry, etc.). Despite those efforts, thereâs always a rare possibility that pests can find their way inside the home (as it only takes a very small entry point for that to occur). This is simply a reality of living in the mountains. By accepting our house rules, you acknowledge this Advisory and agree that there will be no refunds or adjustments to pricing should you encounter a pest(s) within the home.
