Experience modern coastal living in this newly built home, where large windows flood the interiors with natural light and invite refreshing ocean breezes. A tranquil front zen garden sets the tone for your stay.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and all the essentials for home cooking. With a bedroom and bathroom on each floor, the layout provides flexibility and privacy for your group.

The showstopper is the third-floor deck—grill dinner, dine al fresco, and gather around the fire pit under the stars. Multiple outdoor areas, central AC, and an in-unit washer/dryer make for an easy, comfortable getaway.

Just one block south of Garnet Avenue, you're a short stroll to trendy shops and eateries, five miles of waterfront boardwalk, and nearby Belmont Park. SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and downtown are all a quick drive away.

This is a top-notch property! From check-in to check-out communication was seamless and simple. The listing AND photos were absolutely accurate and show the beauty of this home with great features. Cleanliness could not have been better, kitchen was perfect with everything you need, bedrooms were comfortable, and lounging spaces were great (rooftop patio was so nice I brushed my teeth out there every morning!) Easy walk down to the beach with restaurants/bars/shopping and convenient to grocery stores as well as short drives to downtown and airport. Would definitely return!

Fantastic Rental

Our stay here was wonderful. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to the bay. It is truly an ideal location. The house is beautiful and the space comfortably accommodates a large family. I highly recommend this property.

Highly Recommend!

Our stay was fantastic! There were 7 of us, parents and young adult children. It was perfect because there are essentially 3 floors of living space, so everyone has some privacy. The house was adequately stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was super CLEAN which is a huge plus! The rooftop patio was a really great place to hang out. The location was good, direct access to the main drag with all kinds of shops and places to eat. The only feedback we had was that the living room lacked seating for the entire group without having to drag chairs over. But otherwise we all had a great experience! The hosts were super communicative as well, with the messages pre- trip and some reminders along the way. Much appreciated!

Amazing home!

This house was close to everything and the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. The management was extremely responsive and helpful. The house itself had high end amenities and everything was in working order (not always the case in many other places). I’d definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return to this property!

An Amazing Home!

We gathered two families here for a vacation and had a wonderful time in this home. Everything is perfect: the home has everything anyone could need, all the appliances are top of the line, the technology worked perfectly, and even the next door neighbor was friendly and helpful! The home is beautiful, modern, clean, and spacious. We give it our highest recommendation!

Can't wait to stay here again...

My friends and I had the most amazing weekend at this beautiful home! It looked clean and spacious in the photos, but I wasn't prepared for how well stocked and pristine it is. The kitchen and living area are on the second floor, with huge windows that let in lots of light and views of the neighborhood. The kitchen had every cooking utensil we'd ever need, top of the line equipment, and a great seating area around the huge island, where we spent lots of time. There's also a big dining table. We enjoyed the rooftop deck immensely, for our yoga in the morning and drinking wine around the fire pit at night. Our morning coffee was on another porch off the main living area, and there are other outdoor spaces around the house on the ground floor that are beautifully landscaped, including a fountain and seating area in front. Each bedroom is well thought out with comfortable mattresses, great linens, lots of shelving and everything looks brand new. One of the best things about this house is the proximity to everything- large grocery store and a fantastic coffee shop one block away, lots of restaurants and shops within a couple of blocks, and the beach just a short walk. I can't wait to return to this home - if you're headed to San Diego with a group, it's perfect!

Beach gem!

My new go to place when I am in San Diego! Spacious and clean. Convenient parking in driveway. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, cafes, spa, grocery store and shopping. The upper deck with the gas fireplace made me feel like I was staying at a 5 star resort. The gourmet kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Perfect place for family getaway, or reunion with friends. The beds are so comfortable it was hard to get out of bed some mornings , but a couple blocks away is the Better Buzz coffee shop with amazing coffee and pastries. The pistachio croissant is to die for. Can't wait to come back in the spring for surf camp!

Nice property in an OK neighborhood

The property was well managed, well taken care of, and clean which is important. We enjoyed being able to walk to a few restaurants. The beach isn’t super close but within walking distance. It’s definitely a more college atmosphere and became pretty noisy around the neighborhood later into the night.

Great location in PB

We had so much fun staying at this house. The house is immaculate and has everything you need! The best house on the block, rock star status (according to the teenagers). The location is centralized and walkable to all the bars and restaurants. We visited Buzz coffee daily and took advantage of the "Bird" scooters! When we return to San Diego this is definitely going to be our home base.
