Welcome to Seaglass Village Cottages in Wells, Maine.
We are a beautiful resort community with beaches in every direction.
Fabulous restuarants and quaint local New England shops.
Seaglass has an 18+ clubhouse with a large salt water pool, fitness center, and jacuzzi.
Our family pool is located at the front of the facility with a firepit and grills to have a wonderful family BBQ.

Welcome to this "Little Sandpiper" Cottage #705! Rest & unwind inside & outside surrounded by Beautiful Perennial Gardens! We offer you a Golf Cart, Table/Umbrella w/4 Chairs, Grill, 4 Adirondack Chairs w/2 matching Cocktail Tables, 6 Beach Chairs & Beach Umbrella!
The Cottage is Professionally Decorated & Painted in Seaglass colors with a Nautical Decor. All Hardwood floors, Tiled Granite Baths & Central AC!
Eat-in Kitchen: Granite counters, Breakfast Bar, Plenty of Cabinets, SS Appliances, Glass Backsplash, Table w/6 Chairs, Coffee/Keurig and everything else you need for a Stress-Free Vacation!
Disclaimer: Please note that all 3 season cottages and 4 season cottages have a sunroom that is not heated. During the colder months of September-May, it may be chilly in the sunroom/t.v. room, we want to advise you of this as we do not provide extra heating. All 4 season cottages will only be 4-person in the winter months.
Disclaimer: The clubhouse at Seaglass is strictly 18+, we do have a lovely family pool area at the front of the facility. Thank you
