Heated Pool, Hot Tub,2 King Suites, Game Rm, PutPut, 5 min WALK Beach&River
Why settle for a tiny townhome or condo when you could enjoy a 1700 sq ft space (1st floor) of our gorgeous, newly remodeled home! There is an enclosed heated saltwater pool, outdoor dining area, wood fire pit, hot tub, and lounge seating. All while being surrounded by mature landscaping to help you remember you are in paradise!
You will NOT be sharing the home with other guests - we close down the 2nd floor and pool cottage so the home is exclusively yours during your stay.
We provide everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach - just pack your clothes! This is a PRIVATE rental (aka nobody will be renting upstairs or pool cottage).
Please note: A liability waiver is required due to pool, hot tub and âtoy shed amenitiesâ that includes beach gear, kayaks, paddle board, and bikes.
If you are in need of the entire house please let me know and I will send you the pricing for the entire home!
We have private chefs and photographers for hire as well as an in-house massage therapist. This will be a luxury home and we can't wait to share it with you!

- 6 minutes from Vilano Pier
- 10 minute drive to downtown which is mostly along beautiful A1A
-7 minutes to public boat launch
-Reverse Osmosis water treatment -- Florida water, to be frank, tastes terrible. We have a special system installed that makes our water a much higher standard than most!

-EV charging station
- Beach gear (chairs, cart, toys, cooler, boogie boards, etc)
- Kayaks & Stand up paddle board
- Bikes (including a tandem bike) and scooters for kids
- Game room includes foosball, arcade Pinball, dual basketball toss, corn hole, life size tic tac toe, and life size Jenga! (oh and an extra fridge/freezer)
