We would advice our guests to rent a car. Rental cars are in general very cheap in the Orlando area. Free parking is provided inside the resort.

All properties are previously set up, clean, sanitized for housekeeping including linens and towels & supervised

We provide a STARTER SET of toilet tissue, bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for one night, or perhaps two, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
No laundry detergent or paper towels are in the house upon arrival.

We have functional refrigerator, stove /oven , microwave and basics house hold Appliances as well plates, cups , silverware and cooking pans .
Please be ware that is not a full kitchen !

WE DO NOT PROVIDE POOL TOWELS

Regular towels is one per guest only , we don’t supply extra towels during the stay or extra supplies .

Anything you need you need or it’s missing please , just communicate with us , call directly is the best and quick way to reach us .

Nice apartment but no working fridge

Refrigerator was broken upon arrival, never fixed or replaced, lost items that were refrigerated including my dads insulin.

The room was very clean and updated the kitchen had every amenity and cooking utensil you could think of. We had a great time and will definitely be back in the future.

Good location for Convention Center area

The property was really good. A lot of things nearby but you need a vehicle to get to many things, pretty typical in Orlando since it is spread out. The condo has pretty much everything, of course you need to buy the basics (tp, dish & laundry soap, etc.). I didn't get to the pool but my daughters enjoyed it. Managers were great and responded quickly, even late at night.

Spacious unit but could use some attention.

The location is great with a supermarket in walking distance. The pool was conveniently located to our unit. The write up on the website when booking the room stated it included coffee, towels, and facial wipes. It was pretty clear on toilet paper (2). We were informed that we would be notified with more information 48 hours prior to the booking. I inquired 24 hours prior too because I hadn’t rec’d notification on details. We found out no pool towels are provided. We already had one person traveling wasn’t aware of that. Towels are provided 1 person. We did ask for add’l towels and facial wipes which they did accommodate. But what we didn’t receive is the coffee. The website is not clear on what is provided. Coffee is only provided for 1 day “NOT included”. The signage in the room states that but it’s not clear on the website. As far as the rooms they were spacious but lacked bedroom lamps and end tables. The kitchen has minimal supplies as noted on the website. The kitchen cabinets do not have handles so all the doors stick. Pain to open. Also there were no mattress protectors on the beds. We did notify mgmt so hopefully they are now covered with protectors. The a/c is also a bit loud in the bedrooms. To end on a positive note...we had a great time and again it was spacious and the location was great!

Not my best rental ever...

Awesome location and Vista Cay property is lovely, very well maintained and secure. Condo has a great layout and while it may not be a 5 star, I would say it has improved since the 1 star rating in January, 2019. Carpet is light in color, has a few stains, but appeared to have been cleaned recently. Dining room chairs are upholstered in a cream color fabric and some are quite stained. No icemaker, but management quickly supplied ice trays upon request. Bedding was all very nice. Master mattress is on a base, not a box spring. The no smoking signs all over the place are annoying. My biggest complaint was that when we arrived there was no satellite/cable TV. Just one of those wall mounted antennas with local programming and poor reception. When I inquired, the manager/owner acted like he didn't understand what I was talking about. The next day he had someone come and install a Roku device on living room TV, but it was not completely set up when we got back to condo. Because he had left his phone in the unit, he dropped by and I told him we still had no TV. He completed set up. Lots of potential here and manager was available and responsive to my requests. Needs a little more attention to detail and would be fine. One or two potholders in kitchen would be most helpful.

Perfect for quick stay

We had several employees travel to Orlando for a tradeshow. This home was very clean and was stocked with essentials like toilet paper, etc. Only recommendations I received was perhaps the house could have some extra blankets in the closets. It worked out perfectly for what we needed it for.

I would have opted no star but at least one is required. Please read my review before renting!

Our family of 6 stayed in this condo for 3 nights. January 4-7. Upon walking in we found FILTHY carpets throughout the entire unit! Dark stains in every room and food crumbs in living room. Needless to say, we did not take our socks off! The ice maker was dismantled and inoperable. Dead bugs in the overhead lights, two of the beds are sitting on the floor, no frame...just mattresses on box springs. The king bed in master bedroom is a mattress only. No boxspring and very hard and uncomfortable. All the beds are only made with sheets and bedspread, no extra blankets. We didn’t even get under the bedding. Lights bulbs out in hallway and master bath. No smoking stickers on every single wall in the entire unit and one of the smoke alarms were covered with a paper towel taped to it. The toss pillows on the couch were stained and needed to be replaced as well as the pillow cases in master bedroom. The bathroom in master bedroom did not lock. Many other things wrong with this condo. I emailed the owner upon arrival and did not get a respond. Sent a few more throughout our stay and still no respond. I would not recommend this condo to anyone. The owner was quick to respond when we were considering renting but still nothing as of today addressing ALL OF THE PROBLEMS WE WALKED INTO. I also had to contact the owner a day before we got there, asking for gate and condo codes. That was suppose to be sent a week prior to arrival. If you’re lucky enough to find a decent condo at vista cay, you will enjoy what there is to offer. Just don’t rent this one if your looking for a clean, decent place to stay with good communication with the owner. The grounds are very pretty and well maintained.

Nice property, great location

This property was out of service due to maintenance issues during our stay, so we were placed in a similar condo very close to the reserved condo. Property was clean and right off of Universal Drive - close to Universal Studios. Property owner was quick to respond to a few items that were not as promised. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
