The owner kept in touch from the very moment we booked and the house is right in the heart of all we wanted to do in Orlando. Close to International drive for meals, 5 mins drive to Epic universe and all within a gated community. The house if fully equipped, very clean and instructions were simple to follow. Will definitelty be returning and can highly recommend.

Excellent stay. Maribel went the extra effort of meeting us early to check us in and walk us through the house. Te house was great, loved the lay out and the location could not have been better! Pretty much walking distance to the convention center depending on heat and minutes drive from food and fun! Definitely a revisit next time in Orlando

Wonderful condo and hostess!

Condo itself was wonderful as was the hostess.We love the Vista Cay neighborhood because of the amenities and its location. Condo comfortably accommodated our family of 4. The designated parking for 1 car was so nice to have.

Orlando vacation

Vista Cay is the perfect place if going to Universal Studios, way less congestion. Host was very nice, she stopped at condo to show us around and gave us a few good suggestions of nice places to visit.

Wonderful property

We enjoyed our three-day stay in Vista Cay. The property was clean and well-maintained, and Maribel was a wonderful host. Perfect Stay

This property was perfect for our party of six and a much needed vacation! Maribel was very responsive and accommodating. She met us at the property when we arrived and gifted the youngest a plush bunny, instantly making them fans especially with their own room, bathroom, and bed. The location was close to everything, and the pool was fantastic to let the kids exhaust their energy at the end of the day.

Almost next door to convention center

Maribel was a very gracious host. We met at the property to receive keys and have a tour. I’m accustomed to keyless entry to rentals so this extra step after a long day at the airport was unexpected, however, Maribel was very kind and accommodating so it turned out better than expected. The property is probably the best option if you don’t want a hotel when attending any events at the convention center. Only my spouse and I stayed at the property but it could definitely accommodate a family or even adults looking to share a rental. The property was clean! That was very nice. I’d say an improvement that could be made is to add a couple cheap plastic chairs that could be set on the balcony so those of us who don’t usually have an opportunity to enjoy the Florida sun could have the opportunity to do so. I wasn’t interested in going to the on-site pool since I had limited time during the business trip but it would’ve been nice to have a simple setup. The ONLY con was the sign that indicates the air conditioning/thermostat cannot he set lower than 72 or the a/c could freeze. Being that we have rented many FL properties and have never encountered such a thing, I’m unsure as to the reality of this. I don’t think 72 would be very comfortable on hot days in FL and I think this should be clearly listed on the property listing. I’m sure there are places that govern the thermostat but I would not choose any property that expects my stay to be what I consider too warm (especially when the warm Florida sun is shining heating things up). Any way, overall the unit was tastefully decorated, spacious and clean. The host couldn’t have been any more welcoming. I just think the thermostat issue made things a bit uncomfortable for me
maybe not for others.

Great Stay!

The property was nice, clean and very spacious. The community had great amenities and my family was able to take advantage of the pool, game room and the poolside bar. The best part, however, was the property owner, Maribel! She was so gracious and kind and welcoming. She provided a full tour of the home and community and even reached out to wish my family Happy Thanksgiving. Thank you Maribel for allowing us to stay at your place.

Perfect Place to Stay!

Everything about this property was amazing. It was extremely clean, very well stocked, and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. She was very kind and helpful when we reached out! The pictures were spot-on, however, it was even better in person. We stayed for a tournament at the convention center and the location was nice and close. We also visited attractions nearby which was close and convenient as well. The pool was large, convenient, and next to a bar with beverages and food. I would recommend this property to anyone, and will book again if we are in need, and in the area!

Nice property in a great location

Maribel met us upon arrival and she is a sweetheart! She gave us a nice tour of the condo, which is exactly as the pictures depict. The pool was a great refresher after a hot day at the theme parks, and being able to order drinks at the bar and play a game of pool was a wonderful addition. Universal Orlando is only a short 15 minute drive.

Perfect location! I was so excited to get this townhome. Most people who visit Orlando come to work at the Convention Center or to visit the Parks and we are within minutes from them all. International drive restaurants, water parks and attractions. There is a Publix plaza, small restaurants and a Walgreens within walking distance.

My guests tell me again and again . “I love the way you decorated the rooms” I take pride in those statements. Confort, location and beautiful surroundings
