PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS***
We welcome well trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida
Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Our stay at TL Sea Unit A

The property was beautiful and right across the street from the Hub. The location to the beach, however, was not great. The ad said a few minutes walk to the beach but you can't access the beach close by. You have to go to the local state park, Deer Lake, down the road. Also, the check-in process was not easy. The door code didn't work after multiple tries, there were no notes about Wi-Fi, trash day or where/how to reach the beach. We had to sign a waiver to use the golf cart once we got there. It would have been helpful to have done this ahead of time as this took some time because the waiver was difficult to download due to slow Wi-Fi. Overall a very nice house, but there could have been improvments.

Family Vacation

After a 13-h drive. Check in process was difficult. Our access code to the door did not work. After finally finding a phone number to reach out to property manager (or representative) We were given 3 new codes, which none of them worked. We were told that we may be at the wrong unit. We drove around with our family of 8 looking for a different unit. We realized it was actually the correct unit and was given a 4th code that finally worked. After an hour process, we got in the unit and had standing water all through the kitchen from a refrigerator leak. We once again contacted the representative and was told to clean it up with the clean towels that we had provided and that they would send someone out the next day. I expressed that was not acceptable due to the fact that we needed a shop vac and would have no clean towels to shower. They ended up sending someone out around 11pm to clean up the water. I had to again send a message to the representative asking for the wifi password, golf cart code, etc. There were about 6 bags of garbage left in the garage that smelled terrible. I was told to haul all of it to the street and they would have someone to come get it the next day. After a 13-hour drive, we were asked to clean up a kitchen full of standing water, take previous guests trash out, and had to track down codes and passwords. Basically, the check in process was a nightmare. After all that was worked out... the actual stay was ok. Beach access is far and hard to find.
