Beautiful extra large home perfect for our annual large family gathering. Lots of room so we never felt crowded. The host has provided a comfortable home with lots of extra little touches to make our stay more enjoyable. They also responded very quickly and were very helpful about any queries we made. Location is private and quiet but not far from shops, restaurants, and things to do. We will stay here again.

This property is everything it was advertised to be.Plenty of room for four couples who travel together and stay in VRBO’sJeanrony was great to deal with, prompt with replies to questions and has gone above and beyond with amenities in the house. The welcome basket and breakfast items were greatly appreciated. The house has everything needed to enjoy a long weekend or a lengthy stay.We were in Gilford for the NASCAR race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, an easy 20 minute drive. The closest we have ever been to a track.Restaurants on the lake are nice and golf courses were awesome.Thank you for making our stay a great experience.

Plenty of space for our group of 11 across multiple families. Property was clean and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms had the necessary items. Kitchen was well-appointed; there was no trouble finding anything we might have needed when cooking. The included breakfast was a lovely touch. The finished basement alongside the main floor living room gave our group the chance to spread out. Some of the bedrooms could use slightly darker curtains to help block the morning sun. The only struggle we had was with trying to keep the house cool enough, although we were there during a heatwave so it was hotter than usual for the area. The thermostat seemed to re-set if we went out for the day and the upstairs bedrooms stayed much warmer. Overall, the house was great for our group size and close to plenty of shops and other activites.

This was a family weekend getaway. The home was equipped everything we needed and more! There were plenty comfortable gathering spaces and all the comforts of home were supplied, down to the little qtip dispensers in each bathroom. The location was within 15 minutes of all the lake activities we wanted to explore. We we very pleased with our stay.

House was very spacious, very clean, and great proximity to everything Gilford has to offer. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, the pool table, the privacy, and many bedrooms. The owners communicated all the details we needed to access the home in advance so the process was a smooth as possible. We would highly recommend renting this home. We will definitely consider this home again next summer for our next group adventure. Thanks for making our decision so easy!!

The house is beautiful and includes many amenities. We comfortably filled all the rooms with ages 4 through teens and adults. The host was easy to reach and left a binder with instructions that were clear and concise. Additional towels and batteries for the soap dispensers are the only improvements we would suggest. We would definitely return for another stay during any season of the year.

We had such a great time! Our group had ages from 5-65 and the house was great for all! The basement was the perfect spot for all the football games on this weekend, especially the Pats! We were nice and close to Gunstock for skiing and tubing. The house was spotless, the gym in the basement came in handy and all the extra touches in each of the bathrooms were so nice. The kitchen was fully equipped and had lots of necessities and breakfast like milk and cereal, bagels, pancake mix and other snacks. We could not have had a better time. We were a little technologically challenged with the front door ekey app, but the owners were quick to assist with that. Will definitely look to book again.

The location of the air b&b was great. It was close to so many activities. Jeanrony was so wonderful to deal with. She responded to any questions that we had right away. All the added “touches” & “extras” were so nice. Cereal, bagels & cream cheese, water, milk, eggs were all provided. That seems unheard of these days but it’s true. There are soap and conditioner dispensers in each shower, along with flossers, Q-tips and make up towels. I don’t know if there is anything that was not provided. There were blow dryers, pack & play, iron, ironing board, steamer for clothes, coffee for keurig…. I could go on and on. The air b&b was immaculate, which is what is at the top of our list when choosing a rental. We wanted an extra hour at check out so we would have more time to tidy everything and leave it as close to clean as it was when we arrived. Jeanrony was gracious enough to let us stay the extra hour. Honestly, there is not a negative thing that I could write about this rental. We had a large group because it was our daughter’s wedding and there was plenty of room for everyone (especially our other daughter’s young family). Thank you for sharing your rental with us.

The communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Gaining entry to the property requires downloading an app, but once we figured that out, it was convenient. The house was clean, had plenty of room and TV's in all bedrooms. No TV in the main living area, but a large TV in the entertainment room in the basement for all to enjoy. There was plenty of essentials left for us which was very much appreciated. Also arrived to a welcome basket of bagels, snacks, etc. The house was conveniently located near stores and food and Gunstock Mountain. We will return for sure.

Amazing Stay in Gilford

As a group of parents with 18 travelling softball players-we decided to stay in an Air BnB for our last tournament together as the girls age out. A whirlwind of games all weekend means a crazy schedule, so having space to accommodate 5 families all getting ready at the same time was a huge thing for us. This home was everything we could've asked for and more. The host is very responsive and accommodating, making the check-in/out and answers to questions super helpful. We were amazed at how well the house was stocked for any possible need, including grill utensils, a Keurig and a coffee pot! I would highly recommend to anyone with a group looking for the perfect balance between being all together, yet having space to wander off for some quiet. We'll 100% be back and THANK YOU to our hosts for making our last tournament one to remember-and we did win the tournament, an extra bonus!

We rented in July for a family reunion. This was a last minute pivot after our original rental canceled because the owner decided to sell their property. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise! Home is lovely, clean, spacious and well suited for a large family or multiple families. We had 9 adults ( our 3 kids and their significant others and my sister) and there was space to spare, but it also felt very cozy. We had many planned activities to attend while we were there, but always started and ended our days at the house, either cooking a meal together in the wonderful kitchen, or hanging out together in the living room or game room. Owner was very kind and communicative, easy to work with and provided a lovely basket of treats to welcome us. I gave a 4 for location for this reason: it was literally .25 miles from my relatives who were hosting the reunion, so super convenient for me! It's also a lovely property to wake up in and enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening on the deck. It's an easy drive to Gunstock and Winnepesaukee, depending on your interests, as well as grocery stores, restaurants and other conveniences. But it's not lake or mountain view and it's a little hard to find if you're ordering door dash. I don't personally find the latter to be an issue but some in our party did. Bottom line: we had a fantastic stay and would/will stay again in the future!
