Vår havsutsikt, 1: a våningen lägenhet har enkel tillgång till stranden och poolen. Bra läge njuta av stranden, simning, fiske, cykling, promenader sedan strandlinjen eller golf på de många kurser under din vistelse på vår vackra havsutsikt lägenhet i Surfside Beach i So. Carolina. Vår luftkonditionerade lägenhet är en första våningen enhet med en privat balkong. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, privat badrum och skjutdörrar uteplats till balkongen. Det andra sovrummet har två fulla sängar och har tillgång till det andra badrummet. En hopfällbar säng och spjälsäng finns också för extra sovplats. Varje sovrum har sin egen TV och takfläkt. Vår rymliga lägenhet har en öppen planlösning med fullt utrustat kök och vardagsrum med TV och DVD-spelare samt separat tvättstuga med full tvättmaskin och torktumlare. För din bekvämlighet har det blivit flera nya renoveringar, inklusive nya golv, uppdaterade badrum, skjutdörrar till balkong, ny spis, vardagsrum, färgutrymme, fönsterbehandlingar, TV-apparater i sängar, bagarehylla för extra lagring i köket. Njuta av bad på stranden eller koppla av vid poolen. Inte känner grillning eller matlagning? -utnyttja de underbara närliggande restaurangerna.

Great Family Beach Stay

Great loaction just a few steps from the sand. Enjoyed the beach, the Garden City and the Surfside peirs. Easy stay that had everything we needed.

Great Location

The condo was clean and well represented online. The owner was very nice and communicated well with us. We loved the location. It was very quite, especially at night. Hope to stay there again - possibly this fall.

Amazing Vacation Spot

I felt at home walking into this condo, very welcoming. Close to the beach, ocean view from the balcony. Other condo owners were very friendly and welcoming. Close to everything. I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful location near the beach!

My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed the place. It was beautiful, comfortable, roomy, and a delightful. The owner, Joanne, checked to make sure that everything was going well. She responded quickly and was considerate. The place was so close to the beach which would take about 5 minutes of walking distance. I would recommend my family and friends to this place. Plus easy parking and a pool. Thanks, Joanne for allowing us stay at your beautiful place.

Surfside Beach

We had a beautiful stay in Surfside. We had some problem getting the TV to work but our host was very gracious and sent someone to get it fixed. The unit was very spacious and nicely decorated.

Great People, Great Place

We hade a wonderful stay at 104 beachwalk, everything was just as described. Very clean, very comfortable. Jim and Joanne were very easy to work with, and stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. I've stayed at this location in different units 7 or 8 times, but this was my best experience. We've found our condo for for the rest of our stays in Myrtle Beach. Thanks again Jim and Joanne..

Excellent Property

This has become one of our favorite places to stay! Only a short flight of steps. Lots of space, lots of cooking utensils, and a Washer & Dryer! Right across the street from the ocean. I must not have read the description completely, as we were surprised there was no linen provided. We had to go purchase some towels, washcloths and sheets. I am saving the linen for our next stay!

Excellent getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Surfside Beach the location is perfect. We enjoyed the view and the sound of the ocean even though we were not directly on the ocean. Access to the beach was only a few feet away. The condo was clean and had all the accommodations we needed. We will definitely rent again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Exceeded our expectations

We had an excellent time on our vacation. The location had easy access to the beach and a short drive from garden city pier, shops and stores. The condo was clean and spacious with everything we needed, the beach chairs, umbrella and surf board for the kids were an added bonus. We loved spending time in the pool as well and it was a good size. Joanne was always available to answer our questions. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This was a very nice, homey property. The homieness had its advantages. They had all the random kitchen supplies we needed (bottle openers, can openers, utensils, etc…) One thing to note, linens are not included in the price. I overlooked that detail when I first booked this property. The owner reached out multiple times and was easy to get ahold of if necessary.

Awesome experience!

The owners were very accommodating and extremely responsive. We notified them that the garbage disposal wasn't working and it was replaced the very next day. We will definitely stay again!

Very Convenient

We really enjoyed our visit to Surfside Beach, and the location of this property. Although, it was not oceanfront, there was a nice view of the ocean from the balcony, and a very short walk to the beach, making this condo a nice option if you don't want the extra expense of paying for oceanfront.

Moving from the cold of MA, we love the warmth, sunshine and brightness of Surfside Beach. It's just lovely to take long walks at the shoreline and swim in the beautiful warm ocean waters. Our condo complex is small in size with only 12 units and has a warm, friendly, family-welcoming atmosphere.

Living on the first floor (6 steps up) gives us easy access to the beach, pool, and parking. The perfect location to walk or ride your bike to Surfside Pier and restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Grocery stores, water park, library, golf courses, flea market, shopping, entertainment are all within a five minute (or less) ride away.
