Wonderful place

This unit was great. Very clean upon arrival. The kitchen had plenty of cooking items which made cooking ao much nicer. It is a short walk to the beach. The pool was nice and clean as well. Though it is not a private pool we were the only ones there the day we used it.This is our families second time renting from Roger and he is great to deal with. The only thing to be aware of is the parking lot can get tight. If you have a bigger vehicle it may be better to park in one of the spots out front. All in all a great place to stay.

10/10 We will be back!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4! The condo was exactly as described; clean, well appointed, and located close to everything we love about Surfside. The beach access is so close! Roger is very responsive and even checked in with us mid week by text to see how things were going. We will definitely be coming back here next time we visit Surfside!

Wonderful family place to stay

This is our second stay here! Love that it’s across the street from the beach. Pool is very warm and clean. Condo is clean and has so much space (only had 4 people, but 6 would easily be comfortable too). Everything was great, look forward to next year!

Cute condo in a great location!

The condo was very nice and it was located so close to the beach access. The pool was also very nice. The owner provided very detailed and helpful information. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Awesome weekend

A great place to stay with easy check in and out process. I like the fact that Roger kept in contact regarding the tropical storm that had cam thru. Only thing that could be done is the mattress in the master bathroom could be updated. Thanks for an awesome weekend

Family Vacation

Location and room were great. Parking was a little crammed and there was no toiletries so we had to buy some but the owner is great to get in touch with and we would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

Overall we had a nice stay! The place is really big, has a full size kitchen, and is very clean. The pool was great to have, and it’s literally across the street from the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms are outdated and could use some upgrades, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t change our comfort level or anything. Check in was super easy and owner always emailed back fast when we had questions before hand. We would definitely stay again in the future! The only thing I would suggest is that it just would’ve been a nice touch to have had dish towels, paper towels, extra garbage bags, hand soap, and toilet paper. We had to go out and buy those things. Or maybe at least note in the listing to bring those items. Didn’t change our opinion or rating though!

Property was in perfect place but ...

Property was in perfect location and would have been 100% perfect with a couple of fixes. First the beds were as if someone went into the closest mattress place and said give me the 3 cheapest mattresses you have. Their that bad. Second is I'm 6'4 and the water in the shower hit my neck. It wouldn't go any higher. If those 2 problems for me were fixed I would gladly pay more than what I did weekly. You could easily recoup the money in a couple of months. Also the directions for leaving are misleading. The directions say on thing but this place doesn't have the same locks as the management company says so I had to take a trip down the block and get reassured I wouldn't be charged and extra 200. Again other than the 2 things I didn't like which others might not have a problem with the place was great. Took literally less than 5 mins to get to the beach and be in the water. Place was quiet. Ac was good. Tvs and the living room couch were great. Pool was a plus and restraunts and bars were close. All in all would do again

Wonderful

The location of this property is perfect. It has a nice view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Upon arrival we were greeted by the cleaning ladies as they had just finished. We felt everything was immaculate! Roger was great to rent from. He was very detailed oriented in our correspondence including photos of a few things that made using remotes and door lock very easy to use. We look forward to staying in this unit on future trips.
