Great location! We could walk to everything we wanted to do downtown. The place was large enough for 3 couples to stay without tripping all over each other.

Location was great with a short walk to Market Square (2 blocks) and a 20 minute walk to campus. We were very lucky the whole weekend getting street parking right in front of the building. Very spacious and roomy with all necessities provided.

The property was spacious and hosts were friendly and responsive. We slept comfortably in the spacious rooms. Located conveniently to walk to Market Square, the university, and plenty restaurants and bars. The washing machine had dirty standing water we reported and was not repaired during our stay which led to the property smelling like sewage the entire stay. We also had planned on washing our clothes before the 2nd leg of our stay to pigeon forge but had to wait until we got to our 2nd rental. Also a dish had dried egg and cooking utensils had food particles that we had to wash upon arrival. For a Premier host, we expected more generous coffee (6 pods for 5 people for 3 days is poorly rationed) dishwasher detergent was limited to 3 pieces, matching shampoo/conditioner sets would have been nice instead of odds and ends of leftover products, left us feeling like the place was not completely clean. The place is great but could use finessing to be considered Premier hosts.

We had a great stay. The owner was very responsive to our questions. The loft was very clean and centrally located. We would stay again when we visit Knoxville.

The place was in a great location and walkable to downtown. Furniture could use a cleaning as there were a few stains on the coach. Also, definitely need to add more kitchen utensils, cups, plates, silverware. It stated that it sleeps up to 11 but only had enough folks, spoons, and knives for 4 people. Overall we had an enjoyable experience. Thanks for hosting us!

This was a great place to stay in the center of Downtown Knoxville. Walking distance from everything. Very clean apartment. Incredibly responsive host for any questions about the apartment and the parking. Would highly recommend!

Great communication with hosts. PERFECT location! Waking distance to so much, including the convention center which held the State Cheer and Dance comp that we were in town for. So many nice restaurants and cute stores in the area. Everyone was friendly in the building Will definitely come back

Unit is in great location and has wonderful layout for multi families. Hosts are very responsive. Unit main room and bedrooms were clean and comfortable, bathrooms needed a bit more cleaning but hosts were super responsive and resolved issue.

The location of this condo was great being near downtown and Old City. Was able to walk everywhere we needed to for food and entertainment. Would stay at this location again.

Great Location and Apartment

We loved the Location in Knoxville. Walk to Market Square and Old City Restaurants/bars. Apartment was So Spacious and perfect for 4 couples. Had a Great stay and would recommend for another trip!

This was the perfect location for a friend’s trip and concert! The apartment was clean and had ample space for our group of seven. It is within walking distance of Market Square and the Tennessee Theater, so we were able to park our car (one vehicle parked for free) and explore the beautiful neighborhood on foot. Check in, checkout and communication were all excellent! We hope to make it back to this beautiful apartment.

Location and ease

We picked to stay here for a small bachelors party to be close to market square. It was such a great stay that we almost didn’t leave! Walking to everything you could want. Easy parking, tons of space and CLEAN! We loved it!
