Amazing Stay

Chris is the best host you will find! The property is absolutely top notch with every detail thought of. The Game Room is so much fun and not only did my daughter (9) enjoy it, but the adults did as well. Would definitely book again if we come back to Knoxville.

Great location!

Fenced in backyard with fire pit. Short drive to Pigeon Forge and Smokey Mountains. Kids and adults enjoyed the arcade games!

Cute house

Cute house with everything we needed and a bonus of fireflies in the woods behind the house. Fire ring with comfy chairs was delightful as were the back porch rockers. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds and bedding divine. We will stay here again.

Welcoming property

This property was very convenient for our daughter’s wedding. Also, close to restaurants, downtown and grocery store. House was very clean and beds very comfortable. Kids loved all the games provided. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding, which was in Knoxville. This house was perfect for every age. They had a play pen for the baby, a wide variety of games that kept everyone entertained, and a fenced in back yard for our canine children. It was convenient to groceries, gas, and restaurants. There was plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. It was just an overall great stay.

Just Right

This property had all the comforts of home. It was close to shopping, restaurants and UT. The thoughtful details spread through out the home are a true reflection of the host's kindness. Basketball Weekend in Knoxville

We had a great stay in Knoxville while visiting our son at UTK. The house was very clean and well equipped. About a 10 - 15 minute drive to campus. One heads up the house is located right off a main highway and the turn onto the street is very sharp, once you know it's not a big deal just be aware. All in all great property and great weekend. Go Vols!

Vols game

We came to see our granddaughter march with the band for the first time and enjoyed family time with her. The yard was great for our dog and the owner was very responsive when there was a minor problem. He took care of it within the hour. The grandkids especially enjoyed the games.

Very clean. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication with host was very good. Great game room upstairs with electronic games. Property was off the beaten path. Not a neighborhood - more of a side street. More ideal for "home base" type property.

Chris was an excellent host and quickly responded to messages prior to arrival and during our stay. We had a mom trip while our girls attended Lady Vol basketball camp for four days. The house was 11 minutes from Thompson/Bolling arena, really an ideal location to stay for attending UT athletic events. We loved the house!

The house was a nice clean the game room was awesome but this property has an problem with a dog of the neighbor jumping fence and coming over to the house barking and.growling in an aggressive way i was.in fear of my life as well as my family will not recommend

Excellent!

Perfect for a family! Very Clean, very well stocked kitchen. But the icing on the cake is the Game Room. I don’t know who liked it more, the kids or the adults. Will definitely book again when in Knoxville. Chris is a great host. Very responsive. Highly recommend.

Knoxville Spring Break

This was our second trip to Chris’ property and it was just as welcoming as I remembered from last year. Great communication with him and all went smoothly. Comfortable beds, nice towels, and a great back patio for visiting with friends. Looking forward to next year!

Home for Thanksgiving
