Nice place to stay

It was a nice place to stay. It isn't in an ideal location but wasn't super bad. It was clean and large enough to accommodate us.

Nice place!

Plenty of room, place was clean. Yes, going into the neighborhood might look a little rough but the house is located in a great location. No noise, not much traffic. I would stay here again! I don't think you will find a better option for your money!

This was an ok place. The down fall was it’s right by a train and it’s very loud.

The kitchen isn’t fully stocked and we did not know we were right across from a train track and it’s very loud and keeps you up at night.

Many others properties I have stayed at supplied toilet paper, paper towels, coffe pods etc. Not sure how a property that says it can accommodate 8 people only gives 1 roll of toilet paper and 3 K-cups! Very Disappointing!

Wow! This house was perfect.

We were just minutes from downtown. And, we had ALL the space and conveniences of home. Yes. The $1.50 coin operated washer was a surprise. But when I looked at the amenities for the home, it was cleared stated that there was a $1.50 charge for the washer. No charge for the dryer. The machine are brand new and cleaned our clothes excellent. So I believe the charge is fair. And, the affordable price for this home was a super deal. Beds slept great and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pictures are exactly what this house looks like. We loved our stay.

Great house for the price, location was not so great

The house was great and fits our needs for three bedrooms. The owner answered questions quickly and thoroughly. It had all we needed. The location was only 2.5 miles from where we needed to be so that worked wonderfully. The neighborhood was getting into lower class than I would have preferred but we didn't feel unsafe. The biggest issue for us was the noise. It was not even the train, while that was right across the street it was not an issue. The dog barking literally ALL NIGHT was. The rooster who started at day break and all day was. And then add in some other animal we determined was Kevin from the UP movie making horrendous noises in the night. We slept with our fan all the way up and still did not sleep. I wanted to share that as I would never go back because of that!

Property was just ok. Beds were comfortable but very squeaky and furniture was comfortable. Found the house very dirty. Not sure why we were charged a cleaning fee. Floors weren’t swept. Tub was filthy and there was algae on the shower curtain. There were no hangers in the closet. Important item as we were in Knoxville for a wedding. It was also not stocked very well. Tons of one thing and hardly anything of other things. Only three dishwasher pods for four days. One T towel and dishcloth for dishes. We registered five adults and two kids. There were not enough bath towels to accommodate all of us. Bath towels were also so thin they got wet right away. Won’t be staying here again

Very convenient to downtown, but needs a little TLC

First impressions as you pull into the driveway: semi-sketchy neighborhood; part of a small group of nondescript row of duplexes. Inside, though, was fine. Living room couches were comfortable and the kitchen table was big enough for a family of four. One bathroom could mean a logjam if all 3 bedrooms are occupied, but the shower was fine, water pressure was good. Double vanity is a big plus. Bedrooms were spacious enough to be quite comfortable... didn't feel crammed or claustrophobic. Linens were plentiful and we slept well. The coin-pay washer was a turn-off... my son was playing in a baseball tournament and we needed to wash one load of clothes. Wouldn't have cost much, but the idea of paying to wash clothes in a rental didn't feel right. My only other complaint was the cleanliness.... it wasn't filthy, by any means. But some of the cabinets had debris on the shelves; a few of the utensils had clearly not been washed before they were put away; we found a few dead bugs in corners. Again, it wasn't completely disgusting, but I would expect a cleaner environment. HUGE PLUS is it's so close to downtown. 8-10 minute drive to restaurants, either downtown, or off Cumberland Drive near the UT campus. Very convenient if you're visiting Knoxville for an event on the UT campus

The place is about 15 minutes from town. There are freight trains across the street and roosters in the back yard. It’s kind of rural. Great location near urban wilderness trails

Great location, close to the urban wilderness biking trails and to downtown Knoxville! My wife and I enjoyed staying at this location to attend a race in Knoxville. The house was conveniently located near everything. We would stay here again!

Weekend trip

Everything was clean and well stocked. We didn’t have any issues booking, finding the house or any of the process. The house is in a sketchy neighborhood. We couldn’t get the coffeemaker to work, and the fan in the bathroom made an awful noise.
