The space
Don't let the lack of reviews for this newly listed beautiful home keep you from booking. It is one of the nicest properties we manage. Definitely has the wow factor. I wouldn't hesitate booking for my own family or friends. It has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay.

This home encompasses a beautiful mid century modern vibe. Stylish, clean, comfortable... you won't want to leave. Plenty of seating in the living room & outdoor patio gives you space to relax & enjoy the company of good friends & family. Ample dining space including a kitchen table for 6, bar top for 3 and an additional outdoor dining space with room for 8. The backyard is completely surrounded by a beautiful privacy fence & features a covered patio, huge outdoor couch, 165 inch projection screen, fire pit & large hot tub... Things dreams are made of. We can't hype this home enough! Come & experience Waco like you never have before (you might just end up extending your stay :) )

Guest access
Guests have access to entire home and back yard with the exception of a locked supply closet. Please do not access the shop behind the house.

Privacy of guests will be respected by the owners whose home is in the nearby physical proximity of the Lonetree Ranch. Owners dog name is Mac and is very friendly. He is a Shar Pei and will be kept inside during guest stay but you may see him outside in the owners yard from time to time taking a potty break.

The living room tv is a Smart TV with streaming Apps no cable.

We provide a Keurig coffee maker with pods creamer and sweeteners.
