The house was perfect for what we needed and John is a great host. Very accommodating and the house had everything we needed. If we are in Charlottesville again we will certainly try to book with John at the Stadium House!

We truly enjoyed our stay. It provided a home away from home! The house was very clean and we had access to plenty of towels, paper goods,and kitchen supplies. We were comfortably able to cook our breakfasts and dinners. The property was very conveniently located for our activities. We were able to take nice walks after dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

The proximity to the stadium is fantastic. We had the best time with the Charlottesville Ten Miler. Don’t sleep on wayside fried chicken and make sure to walk down to the Neapolitan pizzeria. Who doesn’t love a house with character?

Was a great, nice little place to stay! Very conveniently located and had everything we needed! We didnt have any issues checking in or out and our dogs had a yard to actually run in! Will absolutely be looking it back up for future stays in Charlottesville

Perfect location next to UVA. House was super clean, lots of room, comfy beds including one downstairs which was great for my daughter after having foot surgery. Backyard was fantastic, private and enjoyed by us and our dog.

What a great stay and what a great house! The location is fantastic and centrally located to so many attractions. Downtown is just minutes away, and with easy access to Route 29 and Route 250, getting anywhere in Charlottesville is convenient. It's also within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and other local favorites.John was an excellent host—very communicative, responsive, and helpful with any questions or instructions we needed throughout our stay. His response time was always quick and appreciated.The house itself was spotless, well-equipped with amenities, and full of character. I especially loved all the unique touches and thoughtful extras throughout the home that made it feel special and welcoming.I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Charlottesville. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Older home but comfortable and met our needs. Kitchen had necessities and a few extras (pantry items etc). Laundry in the basement was initially locked and inaccessible but we had a quick response from the owner who then allowed us access. Overall good stay.
