Great house!

This is a great house with a great layout. Plenty big for our group of 14. You have views of the beach and the marsh. You cant ask for much more.

Review

A group of 12 of us booked this property last minute for a golf trip and had a great experience. The property itself was in a great location and clean when we arrived. Further, the owner Nassef was extremely responsive and made accommodations for our group as we booked a day before our reservation.

Great Place to Stay

Property was clean , well designed for large family stay. Private pool secured by fence. Easy access to beach. Not in an overcrowded environment. Easy access to entertainment . Away from large condo crowds. Very good owner willing to do any thing to make the stay comfortable. Full time neighbors very friendly.

Great location

Property is typical rental but had adequate space for our multigenerational family of 15. Location to the beach was a short walk across the street. Having a washer and dryer was pivotal to have with kids. Great family vacation!!! Thanks!

Nice House, Great Location

The house was very nice albeit a little worn from use. Some small repairs need to be made by the owner (e.g. ice maker, refrig drawer) but these were only minor things and didn’t deter our enjoyment. Nice spacious rooms…perfect for our group (12 people). Wish there was a blender and griddle. Location is literally steps from the beach…truly a great location. Very nice view of the Bay. Host gave us some stress prior to arrival with seemingly double booking the week. It all worked out well in the end and he was very apologetic…just make sure you double check your reservation beforehand to be confident this doesn’t happen to you too.

Beautiful home and attentive host!

The home was beautiful and very family friendly. Our group of 12 stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday and could not have been more pleased. This home is truly as it appears in the description. The views from the back bedrooms were amazing! We will definitely be returning in the summer. Thank you Nassef for being such a great and attentive host.

Our Family celebration of my 80th birthday

The facility was perfect for the 12 members of our family. It was easy walking distance from the beach and the pool was very nice. Stores and restaurants were not very far and we would consider coming here again.

Great location and easy beach access.

Great location and beach access. Being able to access pool from back was great with kids. Plenty of room for our 12 adults & 5 kids. Refrigerator had a broken drawer and shelf that made it difficult to use. One of bedrooms had a musty/damp smell. One of the en-suite bathrooms only had a large tub with hand held shower. Family in that room had to use another bathroom for showers. Owner checked on us after arrival and responded quickly to questions.

Our summer family getaway

We had a great week. The house is very nice with an amazing kitchen for those who cook when they stay. Easy beach access across the street. The owner was very responsive to a small issue we had with the washer. Definitely will rent again.

Great location and pool

This is a great location, a few steps from the beach. In this neighborhood there is not a lot of public parking, so the beach is never too crowded. Great views of the ocean and the bay. The pool was great, the kids had a blast with it. The owner responds very quickly to any questions posted.

Dissapointment in Management Company

To All, I realize you may simply disregard this review, but I felt compelled to submit a complete review of the property and my recent stay at the referenced property. I am a recently retired career engineer with significant experience in maintenance and housekeeping management for an international condominium resort conglomerate. My recent stay was with 14 members of my immediate family. Check-in: I was frankly a little surprised on the check-in. Upon arriving in town approximately 2:00 PM, we stopped by the management office of Dunes Reality. My wife entered the building to check on the status of the house while I remained in the car (double parked). Upon inquiring and identifying herself and giving my name, she was simply handed a key in an envelope. No ID was requested to determine the identity. The clerk identified we may go by the house and see if housekeeping was still there. The clerk also identified we would be notified via e-mail when the house was ready for occupancy. We did go by the house and found no one there. We entered the house and noticed it had not been cleaned. We left the property and went to eat. Upon returning approximately 4:00 PM, we again entered the house finding the house in the same condition as we noticed previously. Housekeeping: The house was in at best fair condition. Floors had not been cleaned, only a haphazard attempt a sweeping the tile floors. Carpeted floors had not been vacuumed. Countertops were dirty. Sticky food residue could be found on the cabinet handles, some cabinets, and some counter tops. The toilets appeared to have been brushed, but not sanitized. We proceeded to sweep the floors and wipe down and sanitize all surfaces. There was not a vacuum with which to vacuum the carpeted areas. The doors and door frames had been uncleaned for a significant period of time, allowing a build-up of skin oils resulting in a sticky surface. The were more pronounced on the four exterior doors of the 1st floor. Bedding and LinensAfter cleaning the house, we began to look for linens and the bedding. All beds in the 7 bedrooms were unmade. We had minor difficulty in finding the linens, but later found them in four plastic storage bins left in the parking area under the house. The linens were missing kitchen linens, even though these were identified on the outside of the bins. We made the beds and waited on the arrival of the rest of our family. Amazing time in Murrells Inlet!

Our group had a great time at this property. Nassef was incredibly responsive when we did have issues, such as the alarm and the dish disposal, and they were solved very quickly! The access to the beach was awesome and we loved the pool! Overall, great stay

Great house, as advertised!

We stayed in the house for the week ending July 4th, and it was awesome! It is a great house with plenty of space for a large family or group...the bedrooms are sized well, the family room is very open, and there’s lots of seating in the kitchen/dining area. The pool was fantastic, and big enough to handle lots of us at one time...it measures bigger than many of the pools you see at other comparable beach houses. There is a ton of parking for many cars, and there are numerous, spacious balconies all around. The overall location is great too...the marsh (beautiful view) is directly behind the house, and the public beach access is directly across the street, making for a short walk to the sand and surf. The owner was very responsive and helpful with our questions prior to the trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving Trip 2019

This house looks as good as the photos indicate. Wonderful home, great location, easy access to beach. Home was big enough for 15 people and would definitely book it again for another trip.

Best of Murrellsw Inlet

Our group of 11 were easily accommodated by this spacious and well appointed Rental. With views overlooking the Inlet as well as the Beach, everyone had plenty of site lines to the water! The Beach is a short walk and we were close to stores and the pier! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will consider staying again in the future.

Perfect

If you are looking for a perfect place and a perfect house, this is it. The house is very pretty, spacious, and modern. It is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The owner is very nice and would respond quickly for any questions or for any of your needs. You couldn't ask for more. We hope to be back soon. We absolutely had a great perfect vacation at this house.
