Located on the beautiful white sands of New Smyrna Beach, this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, Unit 703 in the Golden Arms Condominiums, sleeps 4 and will make the perfect getaway. Come enjoy island living at its best. This condo with balconies in both the living area and master bedroom overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, is conveniently located in the heart of New Smyrna Beach making it easy to walk and enjoy popular Flagler Avenue with boutique shopping, Esther Park, casual or fine dining and nightly entertainment. 7th floor oceanfront from master bedroom, living and dining room, with a large balcony. Approx 1250 sq feet, the expansive condo will be your home away from home. Apt sized washer/dryer in unit. Laundry facilities available on each floor. Minimum 3 month booking for the winter months January through March.

Please note the verbiage which will be part of agreeing to renting this unit.*** This stipulation will be need to be confirmed before booking that you understand the work being done while you are renting, and it will not be cause to cancel, due to construction and noise after booking or during the booked rental period, and you will hold the owner and Grace Realty and owner harmless for any possible injuries or damage to personal property.
