Wake up and head to the beach from our 3 story ocean view condo. St Augustine has 42 miles of beautiful beaches with soft white sand and beautiful sunrises. Enjoy a morning stroll to catch the sunrise or an afternoon bike ride down the beach. If you are ready to explore more than the beach, then head into historic St Augustine for plenty of sightseeing, eating and drinking.
This 3 bedroom 3 and a half bath condo includes a primary en-suite bedroom on the 3rd floor to maximize your views. There is a queen bedroom with an en suite and its own private patio to enjoy the cool breezes on the first floor. Also located on the ground floor is a bunk room that sleeps three and an additional full bathroom right down the hall for convenience. This condo will sleep 7 in beds, with an additional air mattress to sleep a total of 8 people in the unit. The spacious living room and kitchen are located on the main floor
(second story) to maximize your ocean views. There is a lovely balcony to relax on with a cup of coffee or an afternoon drink.
The complex of Sea Winds includes a community pool with a new hot tub and tennis courts close by.
Just a few minutes away you will find a grocery store, many restaurants, local coffee shops and more. Rent some bikes for your stay and explore all that Anastasia Island has to offer. This amazing townhome is ready to host your next getaway.
Please note that there is a ring security camera outside located on the front door.

Excellent location! Awesome view! Clean. Spacious. Easy check in and check out.There was a plumbing issue after a couple of days and Beth got on it ASAP and got it totally resolved quickly.All five of us (5 adult family members) agree we'd love to go back again!

location was great with good access to the beach. Ice maker did not work, we had to buy 3 bags of ice totaling 10.00 with tax. location was not equipped with enough bath/kitchen towels to handle 8 people.

Great stay

We spent a lovely week at this apartment and would have loved to have stayed a month. Location to the beach was wonderful and they provided plenty of beach chairs and accessories. The apartment itself was great - very spacious with multiple levels so everyone could spread out. The only negative is that it felt a little dark due to the lack of windows. But they have a lovely little patio with several chairs - perfect for a glass of wine or coffee. We definitely plan on returning!

A Wonderful View

Both the second (main) and third floors had a view of the ocean, which we all really enjoyed! The condo was spotless and had all the necessities. The WiFi was a bit spotty, but not an issue for us since we were on vacation. We love SeaWinds and always stay in one of these condos when we come, and this one had the best views we’d experienced!

Casual beach vacation

We loved the property. We were very comfortable and couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was a quick walk to the beach and an easy 10 minute ride to the historic district. We would definitely stay here again.

Walk to the Beach

We enjoyed our short stay here. Access to the beach is excellent. The house was ready for us promptly on time. We had everything we needed and the home did not disappoint.

Family Vacation

We have been staying with SeaWinds condos for over 30 years. They are always the perfect little getaway condominiums for a summer vacation. This was a lovely condo that fit our family perfectly. There was tons of space with a great view of the ocean. Make sure you get up for the sunrise! The host was quick to reply and wonderful to work with! I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

Beautiful condo and beach

Beautiful condo with room for young family and baby upstairs and us older folks downstairs. View of the beach and lagoons was amazing. Private boardwalk to the beach full of flowers. Beach is clean and great! Short walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Very quiet and peaceful! We will be booking here again!!

Better than Expected !!

We all had a wonderful 10 day stay, and I must say we were very impressed. Everything met our expectations, and the surrounding area had plenty ofr variety to suit everyone's needs. Quiet, wonderful atmosphere, and great condo layout. We would like to revisit soon, hopefully next year..!!

Great location - odd layout

We love the Sea Winds location - especially the beach. This unit was a challenge for move-in, move out and hauling groceries as the first level has 2 bedrooms with baths and laundry room. A flight of stairs leads to 2nd level kitchen/living area and another flight of stairs to 3rd level master bedroom. Kitchen furnishings sparse and not great quality.

St Augustine relaxing condo.

Condo was perfect for us and grand children. The pool was closed and this was disappointing. But the owner did let us know. It was unfortunate but out if his control. Great communication from him. Would stay there again. Nice people in the complex.

Perfect location!

Our place was wonderful right from the start...Joseph made it so easy to make our stay the best! He was very informative and answered all of our questions and returned our calls promptly. Our condo was well equipped with kitchen pans, silverware, dishes, coffee maker and even a grinder for our coffee! We found the whole area very friendly and easy to get around. The beach was so close, just a quick walk on the boardwalk. The dining room table was a little too large to play games on, that was our only issue...for people that aren't very tall it was a problem. Thank you again for making our 2 weeks at your place very enjoyable.

No pool or hot tub available

We were initially very happy with the house. But soon very disappointed to find that the pool and hot tub were under long term construction. We had not been notified prior that this was the case and we’re not given access to another facility or given a refund. I have communicated with the manager several times about this and he did not provide any solutions and ultimately stopped responding. For us this was a major factor. We are all from very cold climates and the listing promised a pool and hot tub. A luxury that was a must for us and was not provided as listed. We also ran out of toilet paper and trash bags half way through the week and had to purchase more. Additionally there were several cockroaches throughout the house. We wouldn’t have minded either of these secondary issues much, had we not been frustrated with the pool situation. All together it left a poor impression of the property and it’s management.
