The most amazing OCEAN VIEW! Your 7th floor condo unit at Sunbird Beach Resort features a comfy one-bedroom condo with a queen size bed and sits on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. After a day in the sun enjoying the pristine private beach, take a refreshing dip in one of the three Gulf-front pools (including a heated pool), and then play a game of tennis, racquetball or shuffleboard.

4 Star Good Stay

It was a beautiful view! The condo was homey and decorated. Nautical Properties were friendly and responsive. Things that would have made it a better stay: needs an exhaust fan in the bathroom, better cleaning (black mold like substance on shower head and wooden swim suit rack in shower), dish cloths and more dish towels (there was only one dish towel and no dish cloths - we had to go buy some), and more hangers would be nice (there were only a few - we would have brought our own if we would have known). The sliding glass balcony door was hard to open. The handle ended up snapping off

5 Star Excellent Stay

THANK YOU! This was a short couple of days celebrating a year with my girlfriend. We started in Panama City, so we decided to go back and reminisce. Thank you so much for a clean and easy place to spend such a special couple of days. Highly recommend and appreciate the hospitality.

The best placr

By far, the best condo, we have ever stayed in Panama City. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and everything else. I highly recommend this place, for your stay. Very clean. Great response to/for our needs.

28th Wedding Anniversary Trip

My wife and I had a great time on our Anniversary trip. The location was great, and the room was too. We were made aware that there was some construction going on in the adjacent tower but that was communicated by the owner up front. We would stay here again in the future and recommend it to others.

Perfect trip

Awesome on the Beach!

Oceanfront relaxing condo. Love this property-loved the feel of it, the windows, the ocean view. Loved the beds and bedroom. Stayed here with my sister and had a wonderful time! It was decorated very tasteful. It is located next door to Pineapple Willy's and is in walking distance. it is also is in close proximity to a Walmart. The balcony was a nice place to relax and it was very peaceful and quiet. I Highly recommend this condominium! Excellent Stay!

706E was amazing!

From beginning to end, was a great stay. Even before stay, Charlene was in touch to provide all the information we needed to successfully get to condo. The room was in great shape when we arrived. The furniture and decor was very colorful and current. The patio furniture was the best I've had at Sunbird. The view from the balcony was amazing. Getting our umbrella and chairs was an easy process as well. Security staff was very friendly as well. Just an overall great experience.

Directly on the beach! Such a beautiful Stay!

This condo was excellent. Clean, very nice layout. This Facility is located in an ideal location within the Panama City Beach Area. Pineapple Willy's is located next door and there is a Walmart in close proximity to the condo. It is decorated very tasteful and has a wonderful view of the Gulf from the living area and the kitchen while having breakfast. The beds are very comfortable and are new. My sister and I were very comfortable and felt that we were at home! I will continue to stay at this wonderful condo as it becomes available!

5 Star Excellent Stay

The place was very beautiful and clean. The view was excellent as well! We loved the fact that simple but very much needed things like shampoo, soaps and even coffee were included with our stay! Very family friendly, including two televisions and a bunch of games such as bingo and cards! Overall, would definitely stay there again!!
