Keauhou Punahele#D-103 is a beautiful ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with approximately 1200 interior sq feet. It sits right on Keauhou Country Club golf course. Enjoy an expansive lanai that reaches from living room to the master bedroom. It's equipped with patio furniture, a Private gas grill and roll down sun shades to keep the unit cool.
You'll take 1 set of stairs down to the Ground Level from the parking area and when you enter into Unit #D-103, there's a spacious living room with a plenty of seating space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need!
The Master bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, duel vanity sinks and a large walk in shower!
The Guest bedroom hosts a set of twin beds and plantation shutters on the windows for privacy when needed. It does have its own guest bathroom with a walk in shower as well! The property is equipped with it's own full size washer & dryer!

You truly feel like you're in your own world in this very private and & very quiet Keauhou Punahele garden level condo. This condo is just 25 feet from the lanai to the pool. Keauhou Punahele has a tropical styled pool, spa and pavilion area! Keauhou Punahele is positioned along the Kona Country Club golf course, close to Keauhou Bay for swimming, paddling and boating. Located in popular Keauhou Resort, everything you need is just minutes away: dining and shopping, plus a weekly Farmer's market, a movie theater and services, the Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa for oceanfront restaurants and entertainment. This is the perfect spot for your Vacation if you're looking for something quiet & spacious!

We think this is just about the perfect VBRO! You are located just far enough from downtown that there is no traffic but easy access. Great parking and easy unit access, and you are 45 feet from jumping in the pool. The unit itself is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and it even come with extras like 2 coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc. The only missing element is AC, but we lived just fine with the breeze and fans.

Hawaii vaca

The property was clean. The location for us was perfect. We loved that the complex was quiet and well manicured. The amenities were as stated. The beds were comfortable, plenty of linens, even beach towels. There were coolers available that came in handy

1st time on big island…. Didn’t disappoint!! Spacious and everything you’d need was there. Pool was right next to lanai. Having extra fans kept us cool. Thank you for having us!!

Location and condo verry suitable for Mother and Grown Son to have privacy. a few suggestions: kitchen sponge for dishes, trash container in smaller bedroom, and easier operation of all lights and fans!

Great Vibes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a week in late June. This place has great energy, and it is very relaxing. The design of the home is open and gives you an expansive feeling. The master bathroom is fantastic. During the day, we spent most of our time on the Lanai. The pool and the jacuzzi are also a short 30-second walk. We also enjoyed the proximity to the Keauhou shopping center and the snorkeling at two step, Captain Cook's and Kahalu'u. Most importantly the management was very responsive to all our needs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Keauhou Punehele D-103 was theperfect place for our Big Island stay. Nestled into a quiet spot with all the amenities of home. A short walk to the water, or a couple minutes drive to the most beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars along the Kona coast. The condo has a lovely island vibe, is well stocked with kitchen tools and linens, and is spacious enough to have the neighbors over for pau hana, or bring along the family! The pool and spa facilities are top-notch as well, making it easy to just relax and enjoy right at “home”. We can’t wait to come back! Special Mahalos to the property management for attending to all the details. No room for improvements!

Parking was fine. The kitchen needs remodeling. Cabinets and countertop are original. Dishwasher was broken and was fixed during my stay. It’s ancient. The blender was missing the glass container but a new blender was provided after I requested one. I also requested a broom and dustpan because there wasn’t anything to sweep with. The kitchen needs a new set of pans. There were only two. The small one was fine but the medium sized one was worthless. No large pan. The small rugs in the bathrooms and kitchen looked like they had not been washed in a long time. The couch is nice and big but needs a good upholstery cleaning. I didn’t like the vertical blinds in the master bedroom. There were some blinds missing and since this is a ground floor unit I did not feel comfortable knowing that people walking by could see into the bedroom even with the blinds closed, especially at night. They were adjusted during my stay but overall vertical blinds aren’t a good idea in a master bedroom especially. They also aren’t great at keeping sunlight out. My recommendation is to ditch the blinds and install blackout curtains. Probably cheaper and solves the problem. I was disappointed that the view from the lanai and main room was not that great. There is no view of the golf course like in other units in this complex which I’ve stayed in before. It is still very quiet and peaceful and a few steps to the pool though. The bathrooms were fine and updated and the beds were comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first bedroom was loud in the night because of the bypass road.The dishes seemed to be from the bulky waste. The spoons had rough edges though I got a cut in my lips.the sun blinds were totally distroyed and therefor useless.The whole equipment seemed to be older than 15 years.In Germany you would rent this unit twice the first and the last time.Normally we should get money back because of these circumstances.

Kona adventure One

Condo was nice, but really was not that clean. We moved a chair and a piece of “chocolate” came out. The floors didn’t seem clean at all. We were hoping for a few more spices in the kitchen besides just salt and pepper and sharper knives but the rest of the dishes and pots were good. Unfortunately the coffee grinder didn’t work. The bathrooms were super nice. Whenever we communicated with the property management, we received a quick response. We enjoyed the pool area. We just wished it was opened a little later. Two of the beach chairs were great but two were bad. We would have really liked boogie boards as well. Some of the shoes and snorkel masks left in the bins were rotten. All in all a great trip with adequate accommodations Add $5 per night to the fees and supply good beach chairs. Boogies boards. Spices, oil , sugar, and other basic cooking items and the place would be a 7 plus. As is. 5.5 is our rating.
